FPL GW32+ Team
🚨 Final GW32+ Team! 🚨
***UPDATE: WILDCARD! Son and Rashford come in with their high ceiling and favorable fixtures. This combination of starters was only possible if I acted now. Any price changes would mean losing key players such as Salah, Mane or Doherty. The bench is the weakness. If more team depth is needed, I can free up funds by going Mane to De Bruyne. Thanks for your support and good luck!!! 👍💯 -Bruno
FPL GW31+ Review
Hey guys! Today, I’m giving you my personal notes on key players from GW31. Then I’ll show you my strategy and transfer plan for GW32+.
Bench Boost Chip.

To rebuild momentum, I used the Free Hit chip GW30, then Bench Boost GW31. Switching the popular order of the chips gave my old squad a chance to prove itself after the relaunch. The players came through, reaching the 💯 point club for the first time this season (-4 hit).
I also wanted more time to decide between Salah and Mane, or both in a combination differential. With two rounds now completed, the Wildcard comes into play.
The Results.
⚽️ Upper 90 Studios climbed from 315k to 200k in the Overall Rank – BIG green arrows.
GW31+ Top Performers.
Let’s break down player performances starting with the goalkeeper.
Nick Pope (10PTS).
Clean sheet, a save point and maximum bonus. This was a good response from Burnley after the 5-0 hammering by City in the previous game. Pope did have some shaky moments when challenging for high balls, Watford put in dangerous corners near the end.
Alexander-Arnold (14PTS).
Brilliant free kick goal and an early rest around the 70th minute with the clean sheet banked. 🔝
Matt Doherty (6PTS).
Bournemouth improved offensively from their previous performance, so I’m grateful that Wolves kept them out.
Matt Ritchie (8PTS).
Ritchie was brought in to replace Marcos Alonso (1PT). As mentioned on the previous blog post, Ritchie doesn’t have the best injury record. Sometimes it’s easier to take risks when we have a Wildcard to fall back on. Ritchie came off at 66min with a clean sheet, then Newcastle conceded and he still earned two bonus points! Of course there was an element of luck, but to his credit, Ritchie was always looking to score or contribute in the attack.
Mo Salah (11PTS).
Salah returned with a quality performance – a goal, an assist and no sign of injury. One note on Salah is that he tends to give away possession near the end of the game, which can affect his potential in the BPS.
Sadio Mane (9PTS).
Now with Salah back on the pitch commanding attention from defenders, Mane has more freedom to sneak into dangerous areas. Intelligent movement, chances created, and a cool finish. It was a trademark Mane performance against Palace, and he wasn’t happy to be subbed off at the end.
⚽️ Mane has now scored in six consecutive Premier League games against Crystal Palace.
Raul Jimenez (18PTS, Captain).
For the rest of this season I’m going to have fun choosing players I’m excited to watch every week. And that’s why I took a risk on a differential captain, Raul Jimenez. He faced Bournemouth which was another factor. Our Fixture Difficulty Cheatsheet shows green for Wolves attackers GW31 and GW32.

The bench.
Overall, the bench players did well. 16 total points, an average of 4 points per player.
Ben Foster (3PTS).
Foster failed to keep a clean sheet, which was fair since Burnley had good opportunities to score.
Adama Traore (6PTS).
When I first set the GW31 starting lineup, I had Traore on the bench. He was MOTM in the previous game and faced a shaky Bournemouth defense, so I changed my mind. When he’s at his best, Adama Traore is unstoppable. The concern is his explosive playing style can lead to injuries.
⚽️ Jimenez and Traore have combined for 10 league goals this season, more than any other duo.
Jamaal Lascelles (1PT).
Lascelles dropped the lowest score in the squad. Shame! 🙂
Charlie Taylor (6PTS).
Taylor was on for 3 bonus points right near the end, and he just missed out! I couldn’t ask for more. He’s a £4.3m bench defender punching above his weight.
The bad.
Bruno Fernandes, Sarr, Calvert-Lewin and Danny Ings all blanked. I need to go back to analyze some of their performances more closely, and there’s not much time before the next deadline.
Ings played pretty well against Arsenal despite two costly mistakes by his teammates. McCarthy’s gift gave Arsenal the lead, and he almost did it twice! 😡 After the goal, Arsenal committed less players in the attack, which meant Southampton attackers had to work harder to create space. Then Jack Stephens got sent off and it was game over.
When rating players, it’s not just about individual performances. Consider investing on teams who maintain their highest concentration levels at this crucial moment of the season.
That’s how the players did, so what’s the plan for GW32?
GW32+ Transfers
PLAN A (no transfers)
Transfers OUT: –
Transfers IN: –
Eight teams are still in the FA Cup which returns this weekend. Then they play in the Premier League on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
If you have any players from these teams, their participation in the FA Cup could increase the risk of injury and rotation GW32. Liverpool just sealed the Premier League title. Now United, City, Leicester, Chelsea, Arsenal will aim to win a major trophy and they could field strong squads in the FA Cup.
FA Cup Schedule.
Banking a transfer now would mean two free transfers GW33 to counter potential Wildcards.
De Bruyne and Son are the popular choices. Salah and Mane could become a sneaky combination differential if they get consistent starts and battle each other for the Golden Boot. Just because the title is won doesn’t mean they won’t play. What if KDB is rotated more often than Salah and Mane?
Newcastle play Manchester City in the FA Cup. Ideally, Matt Ritchie will sit out this weekend so he can be ready for Bournemouth on Wednesday. If not, Lascelles can come off the bench, or Charlie Taylor in a Burnley double up versus Crystal Palace – Zaha is injured. ⚠️
**********
PLAN B (Wildcard)
Key elements for a GW32 Wildcard:
- Keep Salah for the long-run
- Mane over De Bruyne initially
- Son and Rashford (or Martial)
To do this, I need to make cuts to the outer edges of the squad leaving the team core alone.
Here’s a GW32 Wildcard team:
This is a 3-5-2 with lots of premium starters and a weak bench. To free up funds in the future, I could consider Mane to De Bruyne. Another idea is Doherty to Saiss, but Saiss is now on 9 yellow cards for the season. One more and he will serve a 2-match ban. ⚠️
One concern with the Wildcard is the risk of injury in the FA Cup. Keeping Mane reduces this risk since Liverpool won’t play until Thursday. Son and Tottenham are also off this weekend. Every factor counts.
GW32+ Top Cheats
Watchlist.
GK: –
DEF: Aurier, Digne, van Aanholt, Wan-Bissaka
MID: De Bruyne, Son, Pulisic

Hi Bruno,
I see you had a very successful gw 31, well done and I wish you continued green arrows for the remainder of the season. I am in a rather difficult predicament at the moment; having looked at your trusty fixture difficulty cheat sheet I see that Everton have less than favourable fixtures coming up beginning gw32 with a tricky fixture against Leicester. As well as this, upon watching Everton against Norwich I just felt as if they were going through the motions and never looked like grabbing the game by the scruff of the neck- the majority of their players appeared to be on the beach if you will. Calvert Lewin I believe was no exception to this assumption and as a result I am debating whether to transfer him out for gw32. The only flaw in this is that around this price range I am struggling to find a decent replacement and if I was to rearrange my squad accordingly to get a more premium forward I would be in dangerous territory with atleast a -8 hit. On this matter, I know it’s a stretch but is there any forward or midfielder around the price of DCL who you believe could potentially provide better returns for the remainder of the season or do you think it’s just best for the moment to hold onto him? PS I just recently used my wildcard so I no longer have the advantage of this chip (although I wish I did 😆).
Love the content Bruno, keep it up my friend.

Hi. Thank you, appreciate it. 👍
Know what you mean with Everton’s fixtures. Not the easiest run of games and they didn’t go for it against Norwich.
Price changes are another factor. In my case, I have a full profit on DCL and would hate to miss cashing out if he doesn’t rebound.
For me to use transfers and get the minimum replacements would also require a -8 hit to free up funds because I don’t want to sell key premium players. I’m currently stuck on 3 options: Do nothing, -8 hit, Wildcard. If I wait on any, I may not be able to bring in important players by tomorrow after price changes.
Without seeing your team, I’d say Ings is capable of matching or surpassing DCL. Don’t know if you have him already. Jota hasn’t been at his best, just barely squeezing past 60min. I was watching Ayew, but his fixtures are mixed and his scoring potential drops with Zaha injured. The only players I trust in this price range are DCL and Ings, maybe Jota if he can turn his form around, but I might not risk it at this moment.
Another factor with DCL is he has high ownership with strong managers, around 75% in the Elite64 league have him. If you keep him and he blanks, you might not lose ground to strong managers. This could change after the Wildcards GW32/GW33.
No easy solution to this one. Thanks for the comment. 👊

Hey great content, hoping you can give a bit of advice. Would you keep or swap Aubameyang for the Norwich game, frustrating hold to say the least, easy swap would be to Jimenez. Also do you think Bergwijn will start against Sheff Utd or should I swap to Martial, but it would be for a 4 point hit? Advice would be welcomed, currently 2nd in a 16 man league.
Upper 90 Studios
26/06/20
Thanks. That’s a nightmare decision. It’s Norwich and I’m not sure how Aubameyang hasn’t scored in the last two games. Then again, it’s hard to tell which Arsenal side will turn up.
In the long-run, I prefer Jimenez for the points/value. You could go into GW32 accepting that Auba could score vs. Norwich, although Jimenez can also do well. You might justify it as a long-term move that also frees up funds to strengthen the rest of the squad.
I don’t know if Bergwijn will start. I was surprised to see him dropped last game. It’s interesting if Martial starts this weekend in the FA Cup, then Tuesday GW32.
Last week, I took a -4 hit for a defender and goalkeeper and I may kick them back out before deadline! The -4 hit is less significant when making upgrades with players who will start and score consistently.
No easy answer to this one because I don’t know what Mourinho has in mind with Bergwijn. We can keep an eye on United, Arsenal and Sheffield United this weekend for more clues before deciding.

I’ve been stung by Aubameyang in the past, but he doesn’t tend to go many GWs without a return, and he’s blanked in a few so he’s due. I’d probably keep him if I had him for this GW, although you just don’t know what Arteta will do for the cup, I can’t really see him playing in both and if he started in the cup it would be a sucker punch knowing he probably wouldn’t start in the PL game. That said I still think Arteta will have his focus on the league, however difficult that might be. The big elephant in the room for me though is Aubameyang’s mental state. There are rumours that he wants a move away, and we know when these things start performances could drop. He could easily have got goals in more games since the restart though and I would probably keep him for this GW and get rid if he doesn’t perform. It also depends what you have on the bench as cover for him if he weren’t to start. I think I would prefer the Bergwjn to Martial swap. Yes, Jimenez is a better long term option, but he’s more of a steady points scorer than explosive, why he’s known as The Postman, he always delivers, but the form Martial is in you could get another big haul. It’s a tough call, but that’s what I’d do.

Hi Bruno, wow nice differetial score by using BB for GW 31. I unfortunately transferred out Martial for Bergwijn at the last second, making my drop roughly 10 ranks instead of shooting up like 50k :(. Anyways, a new GW brings a new strategy and I wildcarded for this GW. My squad value is 104.1 and here is my following team and plan:
Pope-Foster,
Trent-Aurier-Saiss-Doherty-WanB,
KDB-Foden-Son-Martial-Guendouzi,
Vardy-Jimenez-Rashford.
Vardy has been causing my problems, for so long and this last game against Everton is what will decide his future on my team. As a big Vardy fan, I’ve had him for 3/4 of the season, but now he’s just been blanking too often for a 9.3m forward. If he blanks, then I’ll take a -4 hit to get in Jesus, downgrade Son to Bergwijn, and upgrade Guendouzi to someone like Sarr or St. Maximin for a GW 34 BB. If he doesn’t blank, then for GW 34, I’ll just do Son -> Bergwijn and Guendouzi -> a 5m-6.5m mid. Any advice on my WC team or for my GW 34 BB team?
Also, who should I start this GW? Leave Saiss on the bench for Villa?
Thanks again for all your help this FPL season 🙂

Hi. Oh man, that was such a close call. Bergwijn was looking great, then Mourinho drops him. I didn’t see that coming.
Strong squad overall. Great balance with high-ceiling players and sneaky differentials who can also deliver big points.
I’ve had a rollercoaster of experiences with Vardy over the years. He can deliver huge returns for my team one game, then red card captain the next. Definitely love and hate.
Hopefully you’ll be able to keep Son, especially if Bergwijn doesn’t get consistent starts.
The only suggestion is to consider an alternate draft with Salah, possibly in place of Vardy. You can give Vardy a final chance to earn a place in your squad, then have a transfer plan for Salah if he builds on that performance vs. Palace. It may require a -4 hit unless you keep enough funds ITB.
That’s not required, just an option to compare to your strong idea. Trust your instinct. 👍
I might build from this starting lineup:
Pope (Foster)
Trent-Aurier-Doherty
KDB-Son-Martial (Foden, Guendouzi)
Vardy-Jimenez-Rashford
Then it’s a battle between AWB and Saiss for the final starting spot. We might have more clues after United’s FA Cup game on Saturday. If AWB is rested, subbed early, or coasts through an easy game, you could play him GW32 to reduce some of the risk of double Wolves clean sheet wipe-out.
Thanks for the comment!

Exploring other options if Vardy doesn’t deliver. I could go Vardy -> Nketiah and Guendouzi -> Mahrez since Mahrez is cheaper than Jesus and has a better points per 90 min. This would also allow me to keep Son and not have to downgrade to Bergwijn as well as not take -4 hit. So it would come down to which of the three would I think would score more points:
Son-Mahrez-Nketiah
or
Bergwijn-Jesus-Armstrong (or other <6.2m mid) and -4 for hit.
It would also depend on how many minutes the city and spurs options had played recently leading up to GW 34.
As for trying to get Salah in, with 0 ITB, I would need to downgrade KDB to Mahrez, Son to Bergwijn and do Vardy to Nketiah (-8 hit). Even if I didn't give Vardy another chance,
Son-Mahrez-KDB (this squad would allow me to give Vardy another go) sounds much better than Salah-Bergwijn-Mahrez. I think I'd have to take the differential risk by not having Salah as it allows the rest of my team to be better. Also after what Klopp said today about the points record and rotation, 12.5m+ is too much for me to be uncertain about.
For the final spot for GW 32, I think I would have to choose today as the deadline is early Saturday b/c Villa plays Wolves. My instincts tell me to play it safe and go for Wan B b/c in the prem this season he either plays a full 90 or nothing.
Your insight is always appreciated and it's great to talk things out with others on big decisions like this to see all the options.

Nice plan. Leaning toward Son-Mahrez-Nketiah. I agree on Salah, not easy in this setup as he requires deep cuts to key players.

Hi Bruno,
Congratulations on the great score. I also activated my bench boost and got rewarded with 97 points so happy with that. Below is my current team and transfer thoughts. Let me know your thoughts:
Pope ( McHarthy)
TAA, Doherty, Aurier (Lascelles, Taylor)
Mane, KDB, Bruno, Barnes (Saka)
Jimenez, Jota, Rashford
1) No change and roll the transfer. Who do you reckon i should start between Barnes and Saka.
2) Mane and Barnes —> Martial and Son for -4.
Reasoning behind is since Liverpool doesn’t have anything to play for, Mane’s minute might be reduced and barnes minutes are very limited also. United and spurs have everything to play on the other hand.
Thanks and hope you get another big green arrow!
Thanks

26/06/20
Hi. Thank you. We actually tied then as I took a -4 hit on the 101pts.
1) Super close. Maybe a gamble on Saka vs. Norwich? Barnes faces Everton who have yet to concede since the relaunch, and they played Liverpool.
2) Reasonable plan. I don’t know what Klopp will do with Salah/Mane, but for my team, I’m betting on them both as a combination differential to push into the top 100k OR. Liverpool were up 4-0 vs. Palace and when Mane’s number went up for the sub, he did not want to come off. But you’re right, it’s an unknown with Mane while other players have more on the line. The Martial and Son duo feels stronger at this moment and the hit should be ok, especially in a long-term move.
Good luck!!! 👊

Hi Bruno, great score. Thanks to your advice, I’ve moved from 341k to 144k in 2 game weeks. WEEEEEEEEE
Used the free hit last week, so looking at using the wildcard as I am heavy in GW30+ players (AV/SU, etc).
I’m confused, but here are my thoughts:
Pope (Stekelenburg)
TAA, Doherty, Wan-Bissaka, Fernandez (Simpson)
Kdb, Mane, Traore, Fernandes (D.Luiz)
Rashford, Jiminez (Nketiah)
So 4-4-2 or 3 4 3 if you think Nketiah is a better start vs Nor than Fernandez vs Bou.
I’m ok with the above, but for some reason am apprehensive don’t just love it.
Also any thoughts on spicing it up…..am I too dependent on Man U players? Should I switch out KdB for and Fernandes for other players…..please Help 🙂
Thank you…Citizen

Hi. WHAAAAT. That’s amazing! Congrats on the rank, I’m coming after you now at 200k! 🙂
Not easy with Nketiah vs. Fernandez, but Arteta might rotate him at some stage. Let’s see how Arsenal line up in the FA Cup on Sunday for more clues. Fernandez has good clean sheet potential vs. Bournemouth and Callum Wilson suspended.
I love it overall. Keep a plan in mind for a possible temporary GK swap GW35-GW36. If I Wildcard tonight, which is possible, I may drop Pope GW35-GW36, then bring him or someone else back for the final games. My current plan does it without a hit, but that’s assuming no other issues at the time…
No issue with 3x United on current form. If Mane doesn’t get consistent starts, or disappoints, you can look at Son which frees up funds for more flexibility. For now, I’m sticking with Mane who could’ve easily doubled his FPL score vs. Palace. Firmino and Wijnaldum were guilty of some lazy finishing after Mane set them up.

No video on YouTube this week? I guess with GWs coming thick and fast it’s very difficult to keep those coming, they must take a fair amount of work.
I’ve had an incredible couple of GWs. For GW30+ I used the unlimited transfer to build a pretty decent DGW Bench Boost team with De Bruyne (c), Mahrez, Henderson, Jimenez, Aguero, Targett, and TAA doing the business for me (although probably went a little overboard on the Arsenal and Villa players), with Aubameyang, Grealish, Bellerin, and Douglas Luiz failing to live up to expectations (and the less said about Egan the better!!!). This got me 126pts and big green arrows up to around 85k, and then Wildcarding out of it to my current team (see below) to get 90pts this week, which has seen me rise from approx. up further to 42.4k. I’m thinking of Free Hitting to go big on Spurs, Wolves, and Man United. with Mane and De Bruyne making up the numbers to carry on my run!!!
So my Free Hit team would be:
Lloris (Stekelenburg)
Aurier, Doherty, Wan-Bissaka (Cahill, Kiko Femenia)
Mane, De Bruyne, Martial, Fernandes, Traore
Kane, Jimenez (Nketiah)
What are you thoughts on this, and using my Free Hit this week in general. Going forward my team looks good
Current team:
Pope (Stekelenburg)
TAA, Doherty, Wan-Bissaka (Holgate, Cathcart)
Mane, De Bruyne, Son, Fernandes, Traore
Calvert-Lewin, Jimenez (Nketiah)
My thinking behind the Free Hit is with the FA Cup players may get injuries, play in it and be rested for the league game, or just get fatigued. So I’ve tried to go with as many players not playing in the cup as possible, with the exception of Man United, who I think will concentrate on the league and getting a Champions League place over winning the FA Cup. I also think that since they are playing Norwich in the cup, who I think will also put out a weakened team, in the hope that they can still pull off the impossible and stay up, they should be able to still win without using that many of their star players, who I expect to be on the bench and not used if possible. I also don’t think that Pep will risk De Bruyne, with a view the the Champions League tournament after the season is finished and I don’t think he’ll want De Bruyne to go the same way as Aguero. Wolves and Spurs are also chasing hard for Europe and aren’t involved in the FA Cup and so are more nailed on to start, or at least be involved. If say Wan-Bissaka was played in the cup and rested for the league game then Cahill comes in to deputise. If I don’t Free Hit then that would be Holgate against Leicester, not so good a match up.
So what are your thoughts on my strategy and assumptions? Is it sound or should I hold off playing my Free Hit. I just don’t see playing it later in the season as much use. I have good GWs until GW36+, my prediction tool doesn’t go any further than that, and using it in GW38+ could be a lottery as it always is with surprise lineups and players not expected to start given a game on the final day of the season. There are no guarantees here, but it is kind of a differential in itself. It could work wonders or I could come crashing back down to earth with a bang.
It’s great to see you rising up the rankings as well and I’m sure you can go further over the remaining weeks, just as I have done.

Hi. Exactly, not enough time for a video, but I was closer this week. 👍
I like to watch all the games first, make decisions for my squad, then create FPL content. Blog posts are quicker to publish and I can create a transfer plan as I’m writing the post. If I change my mind with the main transfer idea, I can just edit the post before publishing it.
With video, I have to commit to transfer plans right away and can’t change what’s on the video after it’s recorded. Unless I edit it out which feels like a waste.
Congrats on the big scores! Huge climb up the rankings and within reach of top-10k.
The reasoning for the Free Hit is spot on. Bet on key teams and players with the FA Cup in mind. The only reason not to use it would be that your regular team is also strong! Good problem to have. 🙂
The FH team is a monster, no weaknesses. The only note is it doesn’t have Son, but it might not be worth dropping a key player like KDB to fit him in. KDB has higher ownership with strong managers near your Overall Rank. If you don’t have him and he hauls, you could lose ground to direct competitors. Son is a bigger gamble that can also work, the worry is if Spurs have an off-day (Kane+Son).
Your team and plan is strong. I hope the big green arrows continue. Thanks and good luck!
-Bruno
Matt Potter
28/06/20
Thanks for your comment. I did commit to the FH after all. There are some players that have better fixtures this GW, who aren’t involved in the FA Cup, and ones who I’m not convinced I want them long term, so it was a no brainer in the end, even if it still is a bit of a punt, although an educated one.
Regarding Son being missing, you are right, but I had to make a decision and going with Lloris, Aurier, and Kane meant I couldn’t fit him in, and I couldn’t see other strikers or goalkeepers that I really wanted, and there are so many good midfielders, who I think can score big. After the Wolves game, Traore not starting, and Jimenez blanking one of the games didn’t go so great, but I still have other big name players who can still turn my GW around. Fernandes playing 120 minutes in the FA Cup game yesterday is worrying though. I can’t see him getting as many minutes in the Brighton game, which is frustrating. I just hope that he contributes with the minutes he is given. I think my big punt this week was Harry Kane. I’m not totally convinced by him, but he’s worth the risk I think, and has looked more like scoring goals now than he did earlier in the season, not dropping quite so deep.
As for making videos versus blog posts I can completely understand, it’s just your videos are so good when they don’t drop they are missed!!! I don’t know if it’s possible, but couldn’t you build up a script each day based on the performances in each game and then make, edit, and release a video? I do realise that you’ll have other things to do and this isn’t how you’ve done things before, and doing this it’s difficult to compare teams against each other as easily, but this season isn’t going to change with games almost every day. Also, even videos speculating about your team based purely on the fixtures is still very useful I think, as I think so many people make kneejerk reactions based purely on the last game and just because a player blanks in one game after you’ve brought him in doesn’t mean you should get rid of him because of his inability to live up to expectations in a single game. I look forward to more blog posts or videos whichever you decide to go with. In the absence of videos the blogs are great so thanks for these.

Hey Bruno! Congrats on the big score GW31 =) Unfortunately I’ve dropped 110K in the OR, you may remember my big DCL differential captain shout and that’s probably put me off differential captain for life hahaha.
My plan going forward is to Free Hit GW32+ to make the most out the busy FA Cup schedules, unpredictable results and rotations.
GW33+ I’m going to use my wildcard. My thinking here is that after 3-4 games from each team, we should have a good idea of which teams are looking better for form after the restart. GW33+ also seems to bring a swing in good fixtures for team in the European places hunt. And there is the chance the transfer window might open by the deadline (although no date has been confirmed and is starting to look doubtful for next week), I especially keen to bring in either Werner or Ziyech.
As for the Free Hit team, I first avoided this for as long as possible because it was really daunting, then I created a team which I think optimally balances between rest days, team form and consistency. No turning back now B^).
De Gea
Taylor, Wan-Bissaka, Jonny
Mane, Richarlison, Alli, Son
Rashford(C), Kane(VC), Jimenez
———————–
£3.9GK, Saka, Fredricks, Lampety. Zero Budget left (would’ve prefer Salah over Mane but beggars can’t be choosers haha).
The team was centred around well rested Spurs against Sheffield who I don’t think have looked like their former-selves pre corona break. Wolves against Villa, Everton getting a few day extra rest vs Leicester. And Man U where Rashford got 7 shots and 1.2xG in the previous meeting with Brighton without Fernandes and the solid Man U defence against Brighton who got an xG(non-pen) of 0.2 against Leicester. I also wasn’t every keen on City v Pool and it slightly hurts to drop KDB for the first time this whole season hahaha.
Good Luck to ya my dude, love the content and fingers crossed for big green arrows =)

Hey, thanks! Frustrating with DCL. Hope your next captain makes up for it. 👍
Good reasoning with the FH then WC plan. One of the reasons for keeping Mane instead of KDB in my drafts was the FA Cup. It’s easier to swap Mane to KDB later on if needed.
I might be joining you starting Taylor at the back. Don’t know if Zaha will be fit in time.
Mane is a strong pick. Only slack finishing by Firmino and Wijnaldum kept Mane from a big haul GW31. He was always setting up teammates and sneaking into dangerous positions.
Know the feeling not having KDB. At least it might be just temporary in your case! Hopefully the combination of players you selected will more than offset any KDB points.
Excellent reading your stats. I may stick with a differential captain, but I couldn’t ignore the points-ceiling of Son and Rashford any longer, so I’ve gone for the Wildcard. I’m posting the team in a minute.
Thanks for the great comment and good luck!!!

Some news going around that Neto starting in place of Jiminez. Not sure how true it is, but something to keep in mind.
Good luck everyone👍

@FPL_Rockstar comes through again. I missed the rumors this time because the main protagonist was already muted on Twitter. 🙂
Thanks for the heads up anyway.

Hi Bruno, most games are yet to be played and possible injuries may take place. Hence, Im holding on transfers. Having said that Im having a bit of dillema with my squad:
Pope/McC
TAA, AWB, Doh, Fernandez, Williams*
Salah, KDB, Bruno, Barnes*, Cantwell*
Auba*, DCL, Jota*
2FT, 0,4 ITB
as you can see those marked players are the ones im worried about plus not having enough of MU attacking assets such Rash and Martial, Im still not sure about Martial as he can be hot and cold but not having Rash in my team may hurt in coming games.
Usually, my requests to you would come with ready-to-answer options. now this time I want to ask you to re-work my team having 2 FT (willing to take a hit if necessary) in mind. What moves and players would you recommend in my case?
thx mate

Hi. Same here, waiting until the big games on Thursday.
It’s more complicated after their last performance, but I would still prefer Rashford over Martial. That’s only a personal preference with both players in FPL. Never seem to catch Martial when he’s hot!
Williams not yet a priority, but I can understand Barnes and Jota on the chopping block. Aubameyang bought more time after the Norwich game, unless you’re ready to spend on Rashford now.
I would say the weakest performers are Barnes and Jota. Don’t know how easy it is to drop in Rashford and Jimenez up front. Keep an eye on Saint-Maximin (or Traore) as a possible cheaper attacking starter in your team instead of Barnes.
Overall, it’s really close already with just minor tweaks to the outer edges of the squad. The core is strong.
