***UPDATE: This is it. I’m experimenting with a new Wildcard strategy – to keep a sizeable amount of money in the bank. Normally, I would maximize the squad strength by using all the funds. If everything goes well, I can improve the squad depth or make small corrections. If it goes wrong, I can use the money to counter Wildcards GW4. I do not recomment this “all-star” bench for anyone. 🙂 It’s a massive risk GW3. If Digne is out, I could be down a player. Trying something new, good luck everyone!!!

*Provisional GW3 Wildcard team. Waiting on the last press conferences before confirming these players. Salah returns to the squad in place of KDB. Maguire and Martial also come in.
*The questions about the bench… sorry about that! 🙂 I don’t have one, I’m going with the cheapest bench players. This frees up the maximum ITB funds to match up against Wildcards GW4. Super risky, never really tried this before on an early Wildcard. Digne might not even play which could leave me a player short GW3.
*I am keeping an eye on price changes here: http://fplstatistics.com/ I may swap out some of the players in my team temporarily by staying up-to-date on the price changes. For example, I’ve brought in KDB for Salah, but I will likely have Salah in my team by deadline.
*Lucas Digne looks to be back in training.
*We also need an update on Lucas Digne who was forced off with a hamstring injury.

Hi Bruno, first year following your posts for me, loving it so far!
I’m having trouble deciding between two transfers and would be great to hear your view. Current team is:
Ryan – (Button)
AWB – Toby – Lundstram – (Kelly) – (Rico)
Sterling – de bruyne – mane – martial – cantwell
Kane – Pukki – (Greenwood)
My dilemma is whether I should replace Kelly and Martial for Digne and Mount. Any thoughts?

Wow that’s a tough decision. I don’t know because I have both Digne and Martial. If forced to choose, I might prefer Digne, but there’s also the smallest risk he could still be feeling the effects of the hamstring knock from GW2.
Difficult one, sorry! Of course the first question you ask, I don’t know… 🙂

Thanks! Loving the attack.
Don’t have the best assessment of Ward and Maitland Nyles. In the lower price range, I had Dunk and Soyuncu, possibly Montoya and Pieters. But I wasn’t completely sold on any.
Not seeing an easy way to improve other than a possible upgrade at the back. Boly is a good pick. Digne and Wan-Bissaka high on my list, but this would require cuts to your team that I would hate to make.
Just the note on the defense, but you already knew going in with that attack.

Hi. Not an easy decision. I like PVA, but Palace were disappointing.
Future scoring potential, I would prefer AWB. He surprised me in the way he created chances, Lingard wasted them. It took a world-class goal to break the United clean sheet, and AWB was still on for bonus after the Wolves goal. The harsh yellow card for hand ball dropped him out of the bonus.

Where can I find “live” captaincy picks for GW3? Livefpl.net seems to be showing GW2 or am I reading it incorrectly…
