***UPDATE: This is it. I’m experimenting with a new Wildcard strategy – to keep a sizeable amount of money in the bank. Normally, I would maximize the squad strength by using all the funds. If everything goes well, I can improve the squad depth or make small corrections. If it goes wrong, I can use the money to counter Wildcards GW4. I do not recomment this “all-star” bench for anyone. 🙂 It’s a massive risk GW3. If Digne is out, I could be down a player. Trying something new, good luck everyone!!!

*Provisional GW3 Wildcard team. Waiting on the last press conferences before confirming these players. Salah returns to the squad in place of KDB. Maguire and Martial also come in.
*The questions about the bench… sorry about that! 🙂 I don’t have one, I’m going with the cheapest bench players. This frees up the maximum ITB funds to match up against Wildcards GW4. Super risky, never really tried this before on an early Wildcard. Digne might not even play which could leave me a player short GW3.
*I am keeping an eye on price changes here: http://fplstatistics.com/ I may swap out some of the players in my team temporarily by staying up-to-date on the price changes. For example, I’ve brought in KDB for Salah, but I will likely have Salah in my team by deadline.
*Lucas Digne looks to be back in training.
*We also need an update on Lucas Digne who was forced off with a hamstring injury.

After going through approximately 427,398 different configurations, I’ve finally settled on my WC team…

I’ve given Kane the C, tempted to switch to Sterling, but I think I’ll stick with Harry playing Newcastle.
Like you, I went with the high risk play of having the bare minimum on the bench. Looks like Digne will play and I assume Son is back for Spurs. If either or both sit, I’m screwed…
I had my first taste of profitably playing the transfer market, as I sold Siggy for 8.0 on Sunday, and bought him back today for 7.9! Also, thanks for putting your video out on Sunday, as I was able to get a few players in this lineup before their prices increased.

I’m leaving funds in case one of my key players doesn’t play well and blanks. If there’s a replacement I want to buy, and those on a Wildcard also move for him, having extra funds makes it easier to match this move without a big transfer hit.

Sorry, ran out of time. So many questions and there was less than 5min left before I could check any last minute news.
Seems close to set for GW3. The only note I would’ve made is I might’ve suggest whether to go with Barnes or invest the money on a defender like Wan-Bissaka. But that’s optional.

Hi. Sometimes player prices become “locked” meaning they won’t change based on the transfer market.
It happens when a player is listed as red/unavailable, then changes straight to green (skipping yellow). That player’s price is then locked and can’t change for one week. Even if millions buy or sell him during that first week, his price won’t change.
Greenwood could rise or fall depending on how many managers buy or sell him.
With Gallagher, if his price is locked, it should remain at ÂŁ4.5m. But I don’t know if it’s actually locked, it’s only a guess because it showed “0 change” at http://fplstatistics.com/
I’ll have to keep my eye on it this week.

After viewing the Eve-AVL match it’s time to dump my EVE players over the next few weeks. They can’t score & now the defense has gone belly-up. Looks a relagtion battle on their hands.

Almost fell asleep in the first half. Thought Everton looked lively toward the end with subs Iwobi and Moise Kean. Iwobi unlucky to hit the post and Walcott what a miss! Would’ve been an assist for Kean.
The midfield was non-existent, and Calvert-Lewin hasn’t led the line well. But it’s up to you, that was not pretty!

Yes. Couldn’t believe it. I’m not sure sure what’s taking so long for Marco Silva to start Iwobi and Kean. They brought life into the side.
But that sub near 60min for Siggy wasn’t great to see, and I can understand the move.
