Hi. Leaning toward a gamble on Son or Rashford. I have it on Son, but don’t have Rashford in my team.
So close between the bench options. Our fixture cheatsheet doesn’t help, they face opponents with similar defensive strength. I watched Palace GW17 and their attack was super quiet until the last 15min when they scored.
Hard to give a proper assessment on Grealish because I was more focused on Lundstram.
Stuck on that one!

Agreed with your thoughts in the video on moving Mane out, and my initial reaction was to bring in Son. Seems straightforward, but checking to see if Alli or another transfer in makes more sense.
Also, torn on Captain. Vardy on the road, not sure. KdB rested but City (sadly) haven’t been the greatest at home, so potentially Son? I’m leaning to KdB, but not sure if that’s my heart getting me there.

That’s funny, I’m glad your team came through last week!
Leaning toward Son with a high points ceiling and great physical condition. But it is close. Alli has a strong scoring record against Chelsea, better than Son’s, but the teams and managers have changed so it’s hard to compare.
I might be taking a gamble on the captaincy this week, currently set on Son with Jimenez vice. KDB is another top option. He was fully-rested midweek and Leicester have been leaving gaps in the areas he likes to cover. Your call on this one.

Hi. No problem. Shelvey was in great form. Unclear whether he will be ready this weekend, and of course it’s the blank.
I might hit Twitter until the last minutes for the latest updates, possibly even the Newcastle forums. If it seems he’ll start, you could hold.
Grealish could be a good choice in the longer run, so it’s not easy. I didn’t watch Grealish closely in the last game, so it’s harder to point you in a set direction!
Not sure about this one, I would give it until late to have all the info. Merry Christmas!

Need suggestion and advice with my team ahead.

Got 3 Liverpool players. They have a blank gw & tough fixtures ahead. Spurs fixtures on the other hand looks appealing. Also starting to lose my confidence on Abraham return.
Thinking of getting Salah & Mane out for KDB & Ali. Or, Mane & Abraham out for KDB/Ali & Rashford
What would you advice?

If you sell Salah and/or Mane, it could be worth drawing up a plan to bring at least one of them back if needed in the future.
That’s a nightmare decision. I’m giving Abraham another game or two (GW19 SOU at home), but he is on shaky ground in my team. He has to score.
If you can make a straightforward plan to bring back Salah or Mane without damaging hits, Option 1 could work. Option 2 becomes tricky in the player to choose between KDB and Alli (I have both and Son). I like the gamble on double Tottenham attackers for their run through December.
I would say it’s reasonable to drop one Liverpool attacker to maximize points during the blank, and GW19 is not the easiest.
I’m completely stuck on this one. All of the players you’re considering bringing in could score decent returns this week. Rashford could be the key. I had an option to make a move for him, but I’ve had a hard time trusting United this season. It doesn’t mean it won’t for you. 🤔

I am wondering if I should follow you this week and get KdB in for Mane, but then I can’t decide who to bench. Second option is to wait for KdB till GW19 with two FT.

Hi. Thanks! You know what I’ve done, but it’s difficult to suggest others swap premium players. We know how that can turn out.
This is a solid team for the blank:
Guaita (Button)
Kelly, Lundstarm, Soy (TTA, Reid)
Grealish, Maddison, Son, Alli (Mane)
Abraham, Jimenez, Vardy
Small risk GW18 with no bench cover if someone is out.
If you choose to bring him in, Soy could be the one to sit out against Man City.
EDIT: That’s wrong. You can’t bench Soy as you need 3 defenders! Back to the drawing board… between Grealish and Abraham for the bench, maybe bench Grealish to put the pressure on Abraham to deliver? He’s running out of excuses for my own team.

l have already used my 2FT’s and moved Mane/Greenwood > Richarlison/Rashford to catch the price rises.
So my team is;
Henderson – (Button)
Soy / Rico / Lundstram – (Janmaat / TAA)
KDB / Son / Richarlison / Mount – (Maddison)
Rashford / Vardy / Jimenez
Do you think it’s worth taking a -4pt hit (l think a lot will take a hit this week), to the following and bench Soy, l have £0.2 ITB:
Option 1. TAA > Aurier / Doherty / Tomkins (as cover for Kelly)
Option 2. Janmaat > Kelly / Target

Hi Malc,
Liking the transfers you’ve made. Your next idea for the hit is something I have considered since posting the video. I’m still thinking for my own team, so it’s hard to point others in a set direction. I want to give it until close to deadline to think it through, currently not taking a hit.
Should I take a hit and commit to selling a key player now, or take in another round of games with new information that could help answer important questions. That’s where I am.
If you choose Option 1, I might take a chance on Tomkins for Crystal Palace defensive cover (differential).
Option 2, leaning toward Kelly.

Hi. My current strategy is to take it game by game and make adjustments with new information as it comes.
No requirements for GW19, only 1-2 players to watch closely, mainly Tammy. I don’t mind a blank, it’s the performance and whether there is potential for FPL points in the near future. Rashford is an option, although you already have Martial. If United also disappoint, then consider a cheaper replacement in Tammy’s spot, possibly allowing a bump on Martial (or Grealish) to Son.
Things can change quickly, all dependent on performances. 👍
