nice to have the upper90 studios content back its quality and original , there are too many channels and too much content out there thats swaying managers and making the game kinda frustrating . I started the season with the 2 4m leicester keepers now i see why they are so cheap lol very disappointing start from them , neto and dbl chelsea defence are also an issue im not sure how to get out from .
not very happy with the squad although if chelsea react and tighten up then that could reward big time. my concern is having no arsenal defensive cover (never thought ill say that haha)
and netos price drop to 5.3 makes it diffivult to get in a keeper(sanche) and trossard/harrison/rodrigo.
anyway oyur advice always appreciated sorry for the rambling on

Ola. Thank you, happy to be back. Know what you mean with too much content, it’s different playing against the popular template.
I did the same with the two 2x £4m GKs. It was easy to take advantage of that opportunity, but 1 point every game is pretty shocking.
I like all 3 mid-priced mids in your Watchlist. One option, and possibly the simplest to keep improving while giving your current players a chance, is bumping Neto to a Leeds player. I believe you can make that with funds available, not sure if Trossard is out of reach price-wise.
If you want to upgrade the GK and Neto, then you would need to make a cut to a starter. Two players I might put pressure on are Cucurella and Diaz. They are the two I trust the least from your starters, but I also understand their potential at Chelsea and Liverpool.
Those are the thoughts for now. Neto and the GK are the priorities, put pressure on Diaz and Cucurella to deliver as other players are stepping up in those positions.

Kia ora Bruno – good to see you back. Quick question- what are your thoughts on Son? Not much return so far for price tag but not keen to get rid if him – I seem to have got Son-burnt last couple of seasons, selling him before he went on a streak of form or scored 4 goals next game! Cheers Davina

Kia ora. It’s been a long time, glad to hear from you.
Son is Son as you hinted at. I’ve been there with him and waiting seemed to work, but Spurs are a bit different with new players like Kulusevski and Richarlison, the wingbacks have more responsibility to attack.
I didn’t watch the Spurs game, but I did listen to the full audio commentary live. The commentators repeated a few times that Son was quiet and they suggested he should be the first to come off.
I want to say that I’m not fully caught up on Son and Tottenham since I sold Kane after GW1, so it’s hard to point you in a set direction. I can suggest an idea which is Gundogan is delivering above his price tag on current form, and this allows an upgrade in other positions which could be useful early in the season. I even prefer Gundo over KDB based on their positioning and scoring threat this season. KDB stays back as an outlet, Gundo rushes into the box and is hungry to score. The concern is Pep roulette. Son doesn’t have that issue.
Those are the notes for now. Not an easy one because it can be difficult to predict when Son will go on a run of form, and I don’t have all the information at the moment.

Hey Bruno!
I really enjoy watching your progress because we have contrasting playing styles, majority of the time for me being aggressive and taking points hits doesn’t work as well I’d hope, so it’s always interesting to see it done successfully.
Happy to say with my 2 FTs I scored 68pts in GW3 and although 3 players dropped in price, 2 of them gave me returns. That brings me to 26k OR which should be said is the best rank I’ve had in any season (it’s downhill from here though XD). Nothing too interesting is happening with my transfers GW4, it seems simple but needs reminding every now and again. Transfers under the influence (TUI) is always a bad idea. On Saturday night I transferred out Dalot for N. Williams, which doesn’t seem terrible but not amazing either. Neto has now dropped 0.2mil, in hindsight I should’ve waited and seen Neto’s decline and acted on that.
My current team atm:
Sanchez, Ward.
TAA, Perisic, Walker, Trippier, N.Willams.
Salah, KDB, Maddison, Neto, Dasilva.
Jesus, Toney, Johnson.
0FTs, 0.4 ITB.
With this team I have no Chelsea or Man Utd, and only one of Arsenal and Spurs each. In your opinion do you see any urgency to bring in more Top 6 team players? So far I have gotten away with it but it seems like a matter of time before the high ownerships catch up to me. Or do I mainly stick to rotating around the lower end priced players?
Wishing you green arrows,
RedGreg.

Hey! My aggressive style has been less effective in the last 2-3 seasons, although I do have some stories about taking hits last season. Like ridiculous ones, and they worked better than I imagined… I’ll save it for a future video.
Congrats on the score 68pts and 26k OR at this stage, impressive. 👍 TUI is funny haha.
I don’t see a need to bring in top 6 players at this moment. Toney is hot, Trippier looks sharp, all delivering for you.
There are three notes:
1. I noticed earlier that Maddison has been flagged 75% muscle injury. Need a proper update as he is a key player in your team. He’s been super high on my Watchlist and I like that he’s been firing since the end of last season.
2. Perisic was limping at the end of the last game. Mixed opinions online about the seriousness of the injury, if it’s anything at all.
3. Neto has pressure to deliver as a starter in your side. His price drops aren’t very nice.
Nothing required to change, but I can add a few notes as options.
Keep an eye on Arsenal defensive players as some experts behind you have Ramsdale, those who don’t might be tempted to move for Saliba, maybe Zinchenko. I’ve been impressed by Gundogan who should’ve scored double digits last game. I also rate Harrison as he’s a differential at just 3% overall ownership.
There’s really no one else on my Watchlist besides players you already have and those I listed.
Good luck,
-Bruno

Hi Bruno
I hope you are all well buddy after the storm.
Great video, can hear your confidence is back! Fantastic green arrow result on a -12 hit👊🏼.
Love the Gundogan shout….under the radar high ceiling pick🔥.
GW3 resulted in 48 points(-4) for me, a bit disappointing, but I suppose it was a strange week, with many top teams not winning.
My current team is as follows:
Bank: £2.8m
Ederson, (Ward)
James, Zinchenko, Alexander-Arnold, Dias, Perisic
Martinelli, Salah, Groß, (Dasilva), (Andreas)
Jesus, Haaland, (Archer)
I made an early move from Robertson➡️ Perisic, I hope I dont regret it if Perisic doesnt start GW4🤦🏻♂️.
For a -4, the 2.8m funds can be used for:
1. Archer➡️Toney or
2. Groß➡️Luis Diaz or
3. Do nothing
If Perisic does not start/injured option 1 or 2 per above is likely.
I am really fancying Toney long term, but aware that Diaz could also explode GW4 against Bournemouth.
Toney against Everton GW4 could also be interesting.
Your thoughts on my team and would you suggest one of the above moves is worth it for a -4?
Looking forward to your valued insights,.

Hi. Some cleanup in the backyard, but it’s ok. Thank you, yes it’s been fun making videos this season.
I nearly did the same early move for Perisic, he looks great. I went back and watched the moments before he came off and there was nothing to indicate an injury. He walked off without a problem, but was limping quite a bit at the end when shaking hands with the players. Sometimes with adrenaline it doesn’t hurt until some time after you stop playing.
1. Toney is making it look pretty effortless at the moment. He is high on my Watchlist for the reason you mentioned… a bit of stability.
2. Can understand using Diaz as a short-term gamble, although I’m not sure how close Jota is to returning from injury.
It’s difficult because Option 2 could work well with a backup plan just in case. Option 1 has less worry about rotation. The -4 hit would be easier to decide on with a proper update on Perisic!
No other issues with your team. I agree on tightening up that final attacker position if you’re suddenly short a starter. You could also consider Gundogan, just be prepared to accept Pep roulette.

Thanks Bruno. There were some murky comments from someone on twitter yesterday, connected to training personnel that was previously correct, that Perisic appeared to have a fallout yesterday with Conte, so might be in the doghouse🙃. Not sure how true it is, as Paul O Keefe itk previously said Perisic was available. Decisions, decisions …
A pity I have 3 Man City players currently, but definitely have Gundogan on my watchlist for future. Thanks for the heads up!
Good luck for GW4 and may your arrows be green👍🏼.

Hi Bruno!
It’s been ages and glad you’re back at it again. My first post after years but I am really struggling for a replacement for Bailey.
Here’s my team:
Ramsdale (Ward)
TAA Robbo Cancelo James (Neco)
Salah Bailey Martinelli Andreas (da Silva)
Haaland Jesus (Greenwood)
I have 2.4 ITB and not sure what to do. I want Gundo but 0.5 short and can’t think of where else to downgrade, any suggestions?
What would be the best starting midfield?
Shawberto Carlos
26/08/22
I’m thinking Robbo -> Peresic and then Bailey -> Luis Diaz/Gundo
Either way, I need to bolster my midfield, just not sure which direction to go in.

Hi. Thanks! Happy to be back. 👍
I will copy/paste my notes on Perisic from one of my replies below: I nearly did the same early move for Perisic, he looks great. I went back and watched the moments before he came off and there was nothing to indicate an injury. He walked off without a problem, but was limping quite a bit at the end when shaking hands with the players. Sometimes with adrenaline it doesn’t hurt until some time after you stop playing.
I can speak for my plan which is that I accept that Robertson could do well against a favorable opponent, but I’m choosing to tighten up two positions with the extra funds. In my case it’s Zinchenko and Harrison.
Gundogan is my top pick on current form.
The only question is that final defender. Perisic would be perfect, need an update. There is one other possible move if Perisic is out, and that could a Brighton defender like Dunk to provide cover against Sanchez owners.
I’ll post this reply now so you can see some of my notes.

great content!!! the best!
took care of my keeper issue however still stuck with neto like this guy and wolves wow they just cant score. nunes, guedes, neto, neves,Jimenez podence all this talents but offensively they are dissapointing , whoshould i move neto to or give him the southampton game . i have 2 ft so could let go of cucurella to a non chels defender as i have james already.
1. Cucurella to patterson then Neto – Harison ( any suggestion for 6.7m midfielder)
2. cucruella to tripier then keep neto or sell to Eze,gordon, aronson(any suggestion 5.6)
or any other thoughts saliba perisic etc
thanks all the best great having the content back!

Ola. Thanks! I can’t believe Wolves are like this in front of goal, and Neto has been super close.
1. Can understand going with one CHE DEF for now. Patterson was inches from scoring GW5. Tricky fixtures coming up, but he might be a bench player for your side anyway. Harrison could’ve had a few assists GW5, so it’s not like he didn’t create opportunities to score points. I’m only hesitant because that’s two blanks in two since I brought him in. I need points from this position just you and Neto.
2. Trippier and Newcastle look great. I might say it’s Trippier, closely followed by Perisic (tricky fixtures), then Saliba. Gordon is on my Watchlist, the only concern is the fixtures. I am curious about Aaronson as a gamble, but I’m not as caught up on Eze this season. I’ve been watching Leeds more.
I like both options! Super helpful right? 🙂
I don’t know which to pick, only add my thoughts on the players mainly because I’m confused by Harrison’s blanks. He could be amazing. But I can say I would lean toward making a change as the new players feel better going forward.
Thanks!
-Bruno
