Olá great score 73pts. 👍 Yes, both strong options. Leaning toward KDB for my team after that first game back, but we know what Salah can do. Boa sorte.

Best content out there, look forward to your weekly updates. Thought on Werner captain?

Appreciate it, thanks. 👊 Great captain option as well. Can see him scoring against West Brom. He will have some rest in the midweek cup game, he’s on the bench.

Hi Bruno. Great video and nice all star bench of yours.lol
Good score 76 points.
I am on WC now and my team looks like this
Guaita- Steer
Castagne -Lamptey- Digne- Robertson-James
Son- Zaha- Sterling- Costa- Rodriguez
DCL- *Mitro- *Bamford
*One of the 2 must to go for probable for Jimenez or Jesus.
I feel I finally have a good goalkeeper, I had McCarthy before and Southampton looks bad. My defenders are great I do not know who I should downgrade or maybe leave alone for now and rise some TV for the second half of the game.
So any advice and second view would be nice.
Obrigado Bruno.

Hi. Thanks, all-star bench. Can’t ignore it for too much longer 🙂
Lamptey has started well, need an update on his knock. Other defenders are set. Azpi is starting today in the cup game which is a positive sign for James in the league.
Sterling is a gamble that could work. KDB is the safer option, but it doesn’t mean you can’t take a chance. Trust your instinct on this one.
Bamford vs. Mitro is so difficult. It’s one question I haven’t been able to answer this week. Can see them both scoring this round and it’s still early to tell who will be more dependable over time.
Jimenez vs. Jesus is another tricky one! Wolves look dangerous in the attack and have good fixtures. Aguero is out for some time which helps Jesus start regularly.
Only minor notes above, nothing required to change at this moment. I would need more time to think everything through as those final decisions are super close.

Ola Bruno pls share your thoughts on revised draft:
Martínez//Button
TAA, Keane, Saiss//Mitchell, Lamps
Mo, KDB, Foden, Podence//Alzate
DCL, Jim, Werner
also i can do Werner -> 4,5 -> Alzate -> Son in a 3/5/2 and save 0,6 for upgrades in def or put in a bank

Ola. Leaning toward Werner, but can see that as an option. You also have that flexibility if needed.
It’s ready with Wolves and their attack potential + fixtures. Just that final choice with the premium attacker.

Ola Bruno.
Nice to hear that you had a great gameweek. I myself had below the average gw with 50 points after great gw1 (82 pts).
I have already hade 2 moves for -4 for upcoming gw.
Auba —> KDB
ASM —> Podence
Below is what my current team looks like. What do you think about the moves and the hit? If this was your team would you wildcard to make further changes? Please let me know your thoughts and any feedback
McCarthy (Nyland)
TAA, Dallas, Mitchell ( Justin, Douglas)
Salah, KDB, Bruno, Podence (Anguissa)
Werner, DCL, Adams
Thanks as always

Ola. Thank you. Excellent transfers. 👍 KDB for Auba factors in a swing in Arsenal fixtures. Dropping ASM reduces the injury risk and brings in another promising attacker with good fixtures.
I don’t think a Wildcard is needed, but of course you would be able to fix many smaller issues in one shot. Then again, smaller issues are not a priority, you’ve already addressed the big concerns.
Keep a close eye on Man United. They have to bounce back and have no excuses against Brighton without Bissouma. Che Adams has been unlucky, he can’t continue to miss chances for too long.
Strong overall. There is some pressure on 1-2 players to deliver for you GW3, then keep plugging away at the weak links.

Hi Bruno,
I’ve got two free transfers. I’m defo bringing de Bruyne in for Aubameyang. I need to get rid of Jordan Stevens as well as Saliba. I want to get Rodriguez in but I don’t know if I should just focus on my defence. I’m willing to take a -4 hit and maybe even a -8 hit if it’s worth it. I know I’m really asking you to do all the leg work with this question but I’d appreciate any advice you could give. Thanks.

Hi. Just heard that Leicester could be without NDidi. It should increase De Bruyne’s potential.
Don’t think Saliba is playing regularly and his price is set to drop for a second time. Consider Mitchell if you don’t already have him. If you can go higher in price from Auba to KDB funds, at £4.5m I have Konsa on my Watchlist.
Wish we had an update on Marçal’s knock from Wolves. If he’s out for a while, Vinagre could come back into the picture at £4.4m.
Stevens is not a priority just yet and might only be worth a hit if you can find a player to make up for it. No real standouts at this moment, possibly Burke (SHU) but I don’t know if he’s 100% nailed-on.
Thanks for the comment.

Hey Bruno!
Had a very jammy GW2 as I first bought in KDB a week earlier than planned to beat the price rise (it never did), and I went to captain Fernandes, forgot to save changes and KDB ended up being my captain, KDB and Foden saved me from having another below average week with double Spurs and double Southampton in defence. Finishing on 68pts.
Already activated my WC and took advantage of the price rises and falls. Still narrowing down my 15 players this is my current draft:
Martinez, £4milGK,
Lamptey, Mitchell, Saiss, Castagne, Dunne,
Salah, KDB, Foden, Son, Rodriguez,
Mitrovic, Bamford, Jesus.
ITB: £1.0mil. Also considering:
Spurs attackers, look deadly against high defensive lines and looking forward to Bale.
Chelsea attackers, waiting on Werner to finally score and Havertz to play central, having a combo of Jesus and Werner would be ideal but probably priced out.
Nelson Semedo instead of Saiss if he is priced at £5mil.
Harvey Barnes, looking like he’s starting to meet his potential. Although I haven’t watch the Leicester v Burnley game.
Cheap defence seem like the way forward, although having 2 £4.0mil defenders seems extreme lol.
Brought in Salah after starting the season with no Liverpool, fixing the mistake and moving on.
I’m pretty set on having triple Man City attackers because from the end of June, City have had an xG/90 of 3.15! Haven’t checked what those fixtures were but I’ve very rarely seen a team above 2.0 xG/90. Jesus will probably be transferred out when Aguero returns.
Controversially I have a feeling Everton are a Red Herring and won’t live up to the hype in the future, currently have Rodriguez as I feel like his flair will help against tighter defences and he’s cover for in case I’m wrong haha.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, feel like I’m close to having the best team I can but I haven’t worked it out yet. Much love and good luck for GW3! =)

Hey! That’s so funny, that’s the best with the captain. 68pts is strong.
Steer makes sense as backup for Martinez. Defense is well set at this stage with limited funds and lots of goals being scored. Also keeping an eye on Semedo. For my team, the £4m defenders are a temp fix until I can find the best way to spend funds. Until then, it’s an all-star bench!
Mids and forwards are perfect.
Good idea to keep Werner in mind. We’ve only seen his floor game so far, partly because of his teammates disappointing. They were better midweek, so we’ll see if they can bring it in the league. Jesus is a solid option with Aguero out for a while, and thanks for the notes on City’s attack potential.
Harvey Barnes, I read something about Brendan Rodgers telling him to step up his goal contributions this season. Ryan Fraser said something similar, I can’t remember if it was last season or the season before, and it translated directly into FPL points.
Everton are playing well and scoring goals, which can sometimes carry over a period of games. We’ll see what happens when they’re really tested for the first time.
I can’t improve it other than Steer as the backup GK since Nyland didn’t make the squad GW2.
Thanks for the great comment and good luck!

Hey Bruno,
Hope your doing well
I have pulsic and asm one 1Ft and 0.5itb wat should i do
Upper 90 Studios
24/09/20
Hey. Doing well, thanks. That’s a tricky one. I read somewhere today (THU) that Pulisic could make the squad for WBA. That’s a nightmare decision because we know what he can do, especially with the fixture.
ASM could be the one in more trouble for your team as there are options opening up in his price range, midfielders and forwards. This is a tough one. Look into Podence as an alternative for ASM, but there is the smallest concern and that is the addition of Nelson Semedo to the squad. Don’t know how Nuno will shape up the team.
Pulisic, I might need an official update before deciding. Careful with Lampard in the press conferences. He made it sound like Pulisic had a chance for GW1, then he was out of the squad.

Ola Bruno,
First of all thanks for the great content you provide us with weekly.
I managed 60pts last week but I am not entirely happy with my team so I have decided to wild card. My lineup is as follows :
Keeper: Ryan
Defence : Van Djik, Dunne and Walker Pieters
Midfield : Son, Salah , Rodriguez and De Bruyne
Attack: Mitrovic , Werner and DCL
Bench: Nyland , Podence , Mitchel and Justin.
So I have two cards up my sleeve, the first is give Werner and sell him next week and bring in Jiminez and play 3 5 2 with Podence coming in midfield and having a strike of just Jiminez and DCL
Or Alternatively , sell Van Djik for a 4.0 defender and use the excess fund to drop Mitrovic this game week and bring in Jiminez but that would leave me without a pull defender and they have a good run of games ahead of them . I dropped TAA but every fibre of my being is telling me that is a huge game, help please!!!!!
Upper 90 Studios
24/09/20
Ola. You’re welcome. Thanks for the message.
Consider Steer as the backup GK. Nyland didn’t make the squad GW2.
KWP is under some pressure to perform in FPL. Southampton’s manager said he’s been putting in extra work on defending this week, so we’ll see if they will improve.
Dunne might only be starting while Tarkowski and Mee are out. I don’t know the latest on those players, so stay up-to-date on them until deadline and have a plan in place for the long-run.
Your attack is well set. I like the flexibility with Wolves, you can make that adjustment if needed.
I’ve gone top heavy at the expense of the defense, but I have at least one premium defender in TAA. It doesn’t mean you have to, it’s up to you. 🙂 I like the value with VVD and the points ceiling with Trent/Robbo. I’m also prepared to risk it because I have the Wildcard to fall back on. On a Wildcard, consider squad balance for the long-run.
It looks excellent already, so don’t worry. Only minor notes, you could lock in the main choices already.
Good luck!

Hey Bruno
Thanks for this wonderful video. Back to back terrible gameeeeks mean that I’ve already hit the WC button. Need your opinion on this
GK- Martinez
DF- Robertson, Lamptey, Taylor
MF- Salah, KdB, Barnes, Foden
FW- DCL, Werner/Jesus, Jimenez
Bench- Steer, Konsa, Mitchell, Burke
Still on the fence about Werner and Jesus. Want both but only have space for one of them:(
Upper 90 Studios
24/09/20
Hey. Glad you like it, thanks. I would rate it a 10/10. 👍
Minor note to have a player in mind in case Foden doesn’t start consistently. I would imagine he will be safe while Gundogan is recovering from Covid, and he is a great pick to take advantage of City’s attack potential. No need to change it.
Nightmare final decision up front. I’m afraid to point you in a set direction because both can score this week. I can give you my thoughts on the players.
I didn’t think Jesus played particularly well GW2 and yet he still scored. +4min added, he scored at 94:15… it cost me a 2nd place finish in Daily Fantasy, ended up 5th, so I won’t soon forget that goal haha. Man City can turn it on at any moment in the attack with KDB pulling the strings, Jesus is a top option while Aguero is out injured.
Werner was the opposite, he played well and blanked. Being a man down against Liverpool didn’t help. Werner’s teammates have been a step behind him so far, but they raised their game midweek in the cup game.
Opponents are pretty even this week. Leicester had some bad news with Ndidi’s injury. I can remember they struggled last season without him, although I’m not sure which he impacted more, defense or offense.
West Brom are a bit of a mess defensively conceding 8 goals in the first 2 games.
One idea could be to give Werner a final chance to prove himself, no excuses. Then leave enough funds ITB to make the swap next week. Keep an eye on price changes here: fplstatistics.com
Super early in the season, I’m sure you can make it up quickly from here.
-Bruno
