FANTASY PREMIER LEAGUE TEAM TIPS FOR 2019-20
FPL GW9 Team
🚨 Final GW9 Team! 🚨
TRANSFERS OUT: Aguero, Gallagher, van Dijk
TRANSFERS IN: Abraham, Wilson (c), Alexander-Arnold
***UPDATE: Going for a mini-wildcard with 3 transfers and a -4 hit (2FTs). Late move for TAA whose price is close to rising. Waiting could price me out of next week’s transfer plan. Digne and Everton have to deliver against West Ham, no excuses. Need a bit of magic from Son if he comes off the bench! Thanks for watching and good luck!!! 👍💯 -Bruno
Previous updates.
• Nearly there! Two free transfers from Plan A to be confirmed before Friday night’s price changes. There is a change in Plan B. If I take a hit, it won’t be to sell Digne. Thinking ahead of next week’s potential transfers requires a different swap this week. I’ll post it as soon as it’s confirmed.
• No transfers confirmed yet. Two free transfers this week to get back on track. GW9 transfer plan, or Plan A, revealed on the video. Plan B is to sell Digne for Pereira for a -4 hit.

Hey Bruno! What up? Great content this week.
I’m currently on wildcard. Below is my plan. Please be as critical as possible! Thanks in advance.
Pope, McGovern
TAA, Pereira, Boly, Lundstram, Rico
Salah, Kdb, Mahrez, Mount, Saka
Wilson, Abraham, Jimenez
most unsure of mahrez, jimenez. would like sterling but not sure how to fit!

Hey now! Thanks. 👍
Mahrez is one I might look at in case he doesn’t get consistent starts (subbed early last game). To be fair, his chances of playing regularly should increase if Bernardo is suspended. This position in your team might be ideal for Sterling, but I can understand the problem with the prices that require cuts in key areas.
There’s no easy solution for Sterling. Salah has to score soon. That might be a way for Sterling, maybe not until we have another round of games with more information. Could it be by dropping Jimenez? I like the 3-4-3 and team depth the way you built it.
I might try another draft with Sterling to compare, or at least a plan to bring him in the next few Gameweeks if needed. Could it be by dropping Salah to Mane, or straight to Sterling? I don’t know.
These are important decisions on a Wildcard, and the last few rounds have been difficult for me to predict.
After all that, I’m back where you already stand. Mahrez, possibly Jimenez as the positions to finalize. Your team is already strong.

Thanks for your advice Bruno. Gosh- I didn’t realise Mane had a Senegal fixture on Friday. Really good intelligence thanks. Points me away from the 3.9 defender option, which would just have allowed me to get Mount with a -4 hit, as it will weaken my bench too much, in the case that Mane doesn’t start. Think I’ll go for Winaljdum in for Cantwell – though will wait for press conferences as you advise. Cheers Davina

Hope you get this on time! As far as I understand, Mane will not feature for Senegal in this game and should be fully available for Liverpool on Sunday. I checked again, and that Senegal match has been moved from Friday… I was wrong about the fixture.

Thanks Bruno. Your comments are spot on. It’s like you were in my head as I was analyzing the team. My alternative to get sterling in for Mahrez would be to trade down Pereira to Soyuncu, possibly Boly to Tomori/Frederick/Kelly, and Jimenez to a 5.5 to 6.4.
So basically who do you rate highest in that price range for fwd or midfield?
Upper 90 Studios
18/10/19
Great idea. I might aim for something similar in the coming weeks. Boly has good potential in the next few games, so it’s not easy to cut him. Kelly has tough fixtures, Palace will be tested now. Tomori could work in the short-term, harder to commit to Chelsea’s defense with their attack-minded style, but it can work. His ownership with strong managers is increasing.
There aren’t many forwards I fully trust yet below Pukki’s price range. Maybe King if you don’t have Wilson, or Maupay as a gamble. Wesley would be better if his fixtures were easier. Connolly might not be 100% nailed-on which is the concern if you depend on this position as a starter.

Hi Bruno thx for another insightful video. did you finally make those moves?
My question is who to bench (one) put of and why
a. Soy
b. Lund
c. Tomori
thx and GL

Hi. No problem. 👍 I’m definitely going for Abraham and Wilson before Friday night’s price changes.
Soy and Tomori have easier fixtures after factoring in injuries to their opponents and attacking potential they will face.
Leaning toward Lundy on the bench as Arsenal can raise their game against anyone. Hard to predict which Arsenal will turn up, especially in away games. Good luck!

Hey Bruno, hope you’re doing well. Just need your advise on my team’s captaincy pick and defenders pick please.
3-4-3 Formation, which 3 defenders would you pick for this week:
Matip, Otamendi, Rico, Lundstram, Kelly
And who would you pick as a captain for this week:
Auba, Tammy, Wilson, KDB
Thanks for your advise and suggestions!!

Hey, thanks. Thinking Matip, Otamendi, Rico with Lundstram as a gamble that could work. Arsenal’s away form is difficult to predict.
All excellent captain choices. Don’t know exactly how KDB will return after the injury, so I can make a case to reduce that risk. Both City and Arsenal have red fixtures according to our fixture ratings, although it doesn’t mean they can’t score. It’s based on stats which aren’t always right.
Between Tammy and Wilson. Newcastle went from a strong defense in away games, to a weaker one this season. I have both players and currently have it set on Wilson to bet against Norwich’s defense which has conceded 21 goals this season, which averages to around 2-3 goals per game.
Any can work, so trust your instinct. 🙂

Hey Bruno just need your view on this, do you think I should sell Mane as I have Salah and KDB. Im thinking of the following transfers
In C. Wilson & Son/Maddison
Out Wickham & Salah/Mane
Transfer Combo: Mane for Maddison
Salah for Son
C. WILSON would replace Wickham with the transfer funds ( I do have 2 free transfets) of either Salah or Mane and this is where I’m stuck Mane or Salah out?
This is my team
GK: Pope, Ryan
Defenders: A. Arnold, Dunk, Pieters, Lundstream, Von Aanold,
MID: Salah, KDB, Mane, Moutinho, Mount
FWD: Wickham, Pukki, Abraham
Your feedback will help greatly Thank You in advance

Hey. I can understand the idea with Wilson. The problem is it’s hard to suggest buying Son even though I have him! Small chance he could come off the bench after playing for South Korea midweek. If he starts against Watford, he should have good scoring potential. The concern is Spurs and their current form. I have no idea which team will turn up after recent performances.
Mane has been doing well, some managers are going Salah to Mane. If forced to choose, I still prefer Salah, but it’s close at this moment, especially with Salah fighting off that injury.
I don’t know. Struggling to choose between Salah and Mane as both have tricky upcoming fixtures and the margins might be so small. Like one player could just nick a goal in these games, the other might blank. The difference for the owners of the low-scoring player in this case could be big, so I am hesitant to point you in a set direction.
When a plan is hard to solve as this one is, one strategy could be to buy more time. For example, you could swap Wickham for Connolly and have 2FTs again after having all the information from another round of games.
I don’t have a simple solution for this one. Hopefully you can piece something together from the thoughts above. Go with your instinct, if things go wrong, you went down trusting yourself which is like a mini-win.

Hi Bruno, hope you are doing well. 51 pts last GW (very much with your help). Looking for advice on the team;
Plan for 4-4-2, currently with 2.3M in the bank and 2 free transfers
Current Team:
Pope (Button)
TAA, Lundstram, PvA, Digne (Kelly)
Salah, Sterling, D Silva, Mount (D. Luiz)
Abraham, Pukki (Greenwood)
I don’t have enough banked to switch D Silva for KdB, evenso given Champ League mid week, I’m afraid Pep will hold KdB out this weekend so think I’ll hold onto D. Silva.
This leads me to doing 1 free transfer this week, bank more money for a 2 transfer week next week and given Leicesters defenders difficulty score, swap Digne out ($6M) for Soyuncu (4.7M). I’m having a hard time justifying 6M given his and Everton’s performance.
That would give me 3.6M in the bank which I can use next week to swap in Kdb, and possible move out Greenwood or Pukki for Wilson.
Sorry for the long question. As always, thank you for your guidance.
Good Luck Cityzen

Hi. Glad to hear your score last week 51pts, especially with another low average 36pts. 👍
Never know with Guardiola, anything can happen. Feeling the same about Digne. In my case, I may give him one last shot as I have other priorities. Everton have 4 straight defeats.
I might single out PVA (fixtures), Digne (form) and D.Silva (rotation risk) as the red flags. Your plan to bank the extra transfer again next week makes perfect sense. Gives you more time to assess KDB, or tighten up other problems that may arise.
Not long at all, easy to read. Good luck. 👍
