***UPDATE: KDB injured, Hayden suspended! The positive is Kelly might come in off the bench since Sakho is out injured again. Banking a transfer to have 2FTs for the international break. Keeping KDB because I don’t want to use up a transfer on a player who is staying for the long-run, Guardiola said he will return GW9. Similar reasoning as Mount a few weeks back.
The pressure is on Aguero and Son to deliver, no excuses, even if they’re benched! If they fail to deliver, I may make a change on the premium differentials. Captain Aguero, vice captain Salah. Pochettino hinted at rotation… does he know Son was subbed early GW7? I can’t blame him for being confused, I feel the same way this week. Approaching this round with an open mind! Top OR, well done. 👍 Can understand the move for Maddison, two nice fixtures before they turn, but we can make a case for Leicester raising their game against stronger sides. If you already have Pukki, it makes it easier to justify selling Cantwell.
You mentioned the concerns with Arsenal’s defense. Our new fixture cheatsheet (DEF version) for Arsenal shows GW9 Green, GW10 Red, GW11 Orange, GW12 Red. Could work in a rotation system?

Now that the international break is over for most players, I would like to change up my team to the following:
Ryan (Button)
Kelly Otamendi Matip (Lundstram, Rico)
Salah Madisson KDB Cantwell Mount
Auba Tammy Vardy
However, this team would cost -8 points. What are your thoughts on this? Or, do you have any suggestions? Or, do you think I should do Sterling -> Madisson & Pukki -> Vardy first and then next week Guendouzi -> Mount ? Otherwise, I could do Pukki -> Calum Wilson & Matip -> Tomori which means I can keep Sterling ?

Hi. I can understand the moves. The big question is the timing. For example, Pukki has Bournemouth next which is a green fixture for Norwich attackers according to our latest fixture cheatsheet that will be sent out Tuesday morning.
Matip offers a bargain way into Liverpool defensive cover. Their fixtures aren’t the greatest, but Alisson should be back to help.
Sterling might not have the greatest matchup GW9, but he then has two home games against weaker opponents.
From the players in your plans (in+out), the standouts are Mount and Wilson with Maddison also in the mix. Then Vardy and Pukki with similar potential, but it really could be dependent on GW9 performances if this international break affects league form. Almost like we’re starting fresh.
It’s not easy, don’t know if you can push toward your ideal team by spreading out transfers to avoid big hits. I can understand the choices you have in mind!
Some good news is KDB is back in training, only need an update on Salah’s injury. Sorry for the late reply!

Hey! Great question. After finishing up the new fixture difficulty cheatsheet, leaning toward avoiding Aubameyang as his fixtures are trickier than they seem at first glance.
Double Man City attackers should be ok. GW9 is not the easiest, then they have 3 home games in their next 4.
The best would be if you post your teamn idea, then I can rate it without a problem. Thanks!

I hope you are well and had a bit of break at least over the international break. Some interesting international matches.
My FPL team was losing ground recently, and with rapidly rising prices and small differences in points accross ranks, I decided to go rogue 🤖and reconstruct the weakspots in my team immediatrly after GW8.
Premium defenders were just not deliverring consistently and preventing me from beefing up my attack, where points were coming from. My OR has plumetted to 2.3m, while my wife’s is still looking good at 300k……our main difference 2 or 3 early pick differences, not requiring transfers and me playing my wildcard too early….I need a comeback Bruno, the biggest FPL comeback ever🚀. I cant let my wife beat me, Bruno, for goodness sake.🙃

Hi. Great break to unwind. We can make up ground quickly because the average scores have been low, so it’s not the worst, yet! 🙂
Liking the starters as you set them. Between Pieters and Lundstram to start. Not sure yet whether to start Lundstram, so it’s hard to point you in a set direction.
Captain is perfect. 👍
The only note is small doubts over 2x Liverpool and 2x City premium attackers, which many of us have. I’m taking it game by game since trusting form hasn’t been working recently. Key players blanking every week.
Let’s see what GW9 brings and continue to push.
