Hi Bruno,
Thanks for the excellent content, as always. After changing my team for about a hundred times now, I’ve come across this draft that i feel confortable with (3-4-3 formation):
Pope (Button)
TAA, Robbo, Digne
Salah, Sterling, Perez, Lucas Moura
Wilson, King, Ings
I’d say my biggest punts are moura (likely to be nailed for the first 2 gw before son returns from suspension), Ings (fitness issue, but he is a decent striker nonetheless and on penalties;) and pope (if heaton is not transferred out by the start of the season, i’m thinking ryan or gunn just to avoid the risk of rotation).
I’d love to hear your thoughts on this one. Also, one more question, I’ve kept digne in all my drafts because of his attacking threat but everton’s defence seems unreliable given their pre-season results and lack of cs…should i go azpilicueta or walker instead?
Thanks a lot!

Hi. No problem, glad you like it. I’ve also changed my team a hundred times. 🙂
Yes, agree with you on Moura and Ings. Moura could work well because Son is suspended. But Ings is a harder one to assess because as you said, he is injury-prone.
I’m avoiding Pope and Burnley players after another look at our fixture cheatsheet. I’m on Ryan, but still not sure on the GK spot.
Digne is almost like an attacker, so I would say to keep him as one of the highest-owned defenders with strong FPL managers, and Everton’s fixtures.
The only suggestion could be to draw up another draft that drops Ings to a 4.5m, then try four at the back as we could have more value with defenders in the beginning.
Other than that, it’s strong already. 👍
I have a new video tomorrow (Monday) that shows my latest draft and ideas, pretty similar to your team structure.
Thanks for the comment.

Hi Bruno, how have you been?! Watched your YouTube channel this morning and awesome tips as always.
My squad present squad :
Ryan (button)
Aguero, king (greenwood)
Salah, Kevin debruyn, Zaha, sig, (dendonckr)
Robrtsn, kean, znhenko, ake (Kelly)
Whom would you suggest, sterling or debruyn?
And why aren’t most of the managers aren’t recruiting Aguero in their squad for gw 1?!

Hi. Great thanks. Appreciate that. I prefer Sterling over De Bruyne, but it depends on the rest of the team. As far as Aguero, I’m guessing it might be that he was given extended rest after reaching the Copa America semifinal. Sterling and KDB have been scoring goals and assists this pre-season, increasing their ownership stats.
Strong team overall, maybe the defense could be the weakest link and area to experiment with.
