Hi Bruno
I hope you are well. Had a horrible GW14, 54 points and red arrow down to 60k.
Rolling the transfer instead of going ahead with one of my planned moves,Zaha to Almiron made a big difference. The late Man City team leak and site crash caught me out.
One positive is having 2 FTS for GW15, need to make it count big time with power moves!
My current team is as follows:
Pope, (Ward)
Castagne, Trippier, Andersen, (Doherty), (Patterson)
Martinelli, Zaha, Foden, Salah, (Andreas)
Kane, Mitrović, Haaland
Bank:0.1m
I am considering 4 possible scenario transfer options:
1. No Man City team leak/ Foden & Haaland start:
– Kane➡️Wilson
-Zaha➡️Maddison/Saka
-Doherty➡️Cancelo(-4)
2. Foden doesnt start:
– Foden➡️Almiron
-Doherty➡️Cancelo
3. Haaland doesnt start:
-Zaha ➡️De Bruyne
-Haaland➡️Alvarez
4. Haaland & Foden dont start:
-Foden➡️De Bruyne
-Haaland➡️Wilson
As the Man City game is a home game, I am not so confident there will be an early team leak. The game is scheduled quite late though, so that could help.
Would appreciate your feedback on the following:
a)What are your thoughts on each of the above 4 transfer scenario options?
b) Option 1 worth a -4, as a power move?
c)Any key players missing or other transfer player options you would recommend?
d) Bench order. How would you rate the starting defender order(vs benching) for Castagne, Andersen and Patterson?
e) Haaland best captain only if he starts( not
when benched) & De Bruyne best captain if Haaland does not start(or when Haaland benched)?
Your valued insights and feedback on above and my 4 possible team transfer scenario options would be appreciated.

I meant to mention that in option 1, the Zaha➡️Maddison/Saka part of the transfer is not required for funding.
Is it though worth it the -4 hit thereon or would you suggest saving the hit and keeping Zaha?

Hi. The good news is the average was low overall and for strong managers, so your team didn’t lose much ground.
It had been a while since the website crashed. I wasn’t 100% sure if I set my captain properly as I take multiple screenshots of my team to post before deadline.
I’ve already committed to my transfers and can’t go back 🙂 But the lineup leaks will still affect my captaincy decision. You’ve held out until now, so it’s worth waiting before making the final move.
1. Liking this option, small worry over Wilson’s cold. This assumes Foden is back.
2. This one could work well if we find out Foden is benched.
3. Alvarez is great if you have a plan for GW16, assuming he’s not likely to start that week.
4. I didn’t consider selling Haaland with Brentford at home GW16 and didn’t create future drafts for it. Depends on whether you’d want him back or not. I like the idea of 3x MCI for two home games, but we never know with Guardiola.
No other players besides the ones you mentioned. Starting order is perfect.
If Haaland starts, he is the top captain pick. Otherwise, yes KDB (or Foden).
Option 1 feels strong, and I’ve gone for Maddison as a differential. The problem is I’ve never been able to predict when Zaha will do well.
Some thoughts for now. Difficult to choose one before seeing the lineups.

Thanks Bruno for the feedback. Cant believe it that Foden dropped in price overnight!0.1m short then for Almiron in option 2, will need to go for Benhrama over Almiron in that option.
Yeah, I do fancy option 1 too, probably highest upside, if Foden and Haaland starts.
Early( unverified news) appears to indicate Haaland in squad, likely to start. Foden the main question mark.
Just heard now Team News and Tix are releasing Man City team news 20 minutes before FPL deadline.

Wow. FPL servers crashed as I was taking screenshots of different variations of captain and vice.
Latest reliable news was Haaland and Foden benched, I hope you were able to get your final decisions sorted with the chaos.
