I was one of the lucky guys tripple captaining Mane for the DGW. And now my captain and vice captain Aguero and KDBs match vs West Ham is postponed, is there any chance this game will be re-scheduled so it still count within this GW? Or is it comfirmed my captains will not play this GW? Hoping so badly for a positve respons as my OR have dropped from 200k down to almost 600k in the last 2 horrible GWs, if both Aguero and KDB does not play this GW i am in big big trouble

Hi. Glad to help. Unreal what’s happening, no official news yet on the rescheduling.
I’ve seen them postponed a few times because of weather. Sometimes they’re moved to a few days later, staying within the same Gameweek. That would count as points for your players this round.
Other times, they are left for later in the season. If this happens, players score no points GW26. Then there will be a double Gameweek later on.
The positive is there is plenty of time to make up this game before the end of GW26. The negative is if teams and players don’t want to reschedule their winter break plans.
Some things are out of our control in FPL. No way to plan for these outcomes,and I hope the luck turns in your favor starting with a boost this week.

Mane is an option, assuming he’s ok, and another premium player won’t crush squad depth.
Bruno is interesting at a decent price. United not the easiest to invest on when they don’t create lots of goal-scoring chances.
Possibly Grealish if you can cover for him when he has a blank GW28.

Hi. At this point, I might say to wait until all the press conferences. Can’t believe Son and there are still key teams and players to play this week including City and Wolves.
a. Liking this option. Small question mark on why Mane was subbed off at halftime in the CL, although he was on a yellow.
b. Also strong. Leaning toward Robbo.
c. Solid and straightforward.
I might say it’s between a and c, possibly liking the direct option and upgrade with c which allows more time to assess your other players.

I don’t usually like to post because most of my questions are quite frankly stupid. But I am struggling with the GW31 logic. The consensus is to free hit. Yes, it makes sense.. but if you only have a few fixtures and most of them bad… what is the point prediction for that? Would you waste such a valuable chip to earn a few points? Wouldn’t it make sense to just find the best way through it.. with as many players u can – even if not a full squad – than expending a free hit chop that you could use for a double game week? I guess we have to predict possible goal scoring opportunities for a skeleton GW and decide whether we really need those points or whether we can get double or more after. I am just confused about this becoz the twitter logic is that free hit is the way.. but struggling to understand how this will give me max points. Thanks as always Bruno. You know I 💗 you. Angela

It’s a good question. I feel the same way about the Double Gameweeks and chip usage. I would aim to save the FH Chip for a big Double Gameweek when key players from many teams are featuring.
Although there is one exception, and that’s when weaker sides are fighting to avoid relegation. Sometimes we can see big numbers from these players as they fight for their PL careers.

Absolutely loving your videos – especially your transparency regarding the psychology behind the game.
My current team:
McCarthy
TAA, Robbo, Aurier
Salah (c), De Bruyne, Grealish, Traore
Aguero*, Ings (vc), DCL
My bench: Henderson (the cheap one!), Lundstram, Cantwell, Kelly
My status: FT=1; Chips=WC, FH, BB; TV=103.8 (ITB=1.2)
My plan:
1. For GW27, I plan to use my FT to replace Aguero with Jiminez. Jiminez is in solid form – plays in GW28 – has great fixtures after GW28 – and is pretty certain to start most games. Aguero has a “tough” fixture against Leicester in GW27 – blanks in GW28 – Pep roulette after GW28, especially with one eye on Champion’s League.
2. For BGW28, I plan to take a -4 hit to replace Grealish & DCL with H. Barnes & Vardy. Leicester play Norwich in BGW28 and have great fixtures after – Grealish blanks and has some tough fixtures after the blank – DCL has some tough fixtures coming up. This would leave me with my non-playing GK and De Bruyne, Lundstram & Kelly on my bench.
3. At some stage, when I have a FT available, I plan to bring in Lascelles for either Kelly or Lundstram.
4. At this stage, I’m planning to Free Hit during BGW31, although, if Liverpool are knocked out of the FA Cup, I may look to navigate BGW31 using FT’s. I also plan to WC in either GW32 or GW33 i.o.t. BB in GW34
My OR is currently around 150k and I’m aiming for a top 100k finish.
Please take a critical look at my plans and share any thoughts you might have.
What are your thoughts about Form vs Fixture when it comes to Everton assets (Richarlison & DCL)?
Are there any other players you think I’m overlooking?

Great to hear that thank you.
1. Liking the idea with the forward swap because it’s only a matter of time until it’s Aguero’s turn to be dropped. The interesting thing I’m noticing is Pep can now give players complete rest, not even coming off the bench. He’s done it quite a few times with Sterling, sometimes Aguero, now Mahrez yesterday.
2. Good option. I have Barnes on my Watchlist as well. I will likely have 2 Leicester players, either Vardy/Maddison, Vardy/Barnes or Vardy/Soyuncu.
3. Yes, makes sense. I might also add Jack Stephens who I am most likely buying this week. He surprised against Burnley and deserved an attacking return. I already have Lascelles and didn’t like seeing the 4-0 last time out.
4. I haven’t researched the best time to use the FH Chip, but I’ll take a look at BGW31 and compare it to a big DGW that might come later on.
The only other note I can add is on the Everton players. I missed the boat on this one. Everton was one team I wasn’t quite fully caught up on and it backfired in recent weeks. For a non-owner like me, I would pass on them for now. Owners can feel it out game by game. No issue keeping DCL while he’s scoring. If the goals dry up, then the decision is easier.

Hi. TAA and Dunk. Then it’s close between Lundstram and Williams. Not sure, either can work assuming they start.
Lundstram has higher ownership, Williams can help you make up ground if he continues to play well.

what would you advise me to do going foward, my brain seems to have lost its way during the long break . i dont see a woldcard option on the site even though i just used the one wildcard ij september . so assuming i have a wildcard i also have a free hit and bench boost , how will you advise me going into the remaining gameweeks . my side below.

Can’t blame you on feeling a bit stuck. Lots of options to choose from.
One idea could be to use unlimited transfers GW30+ with Henderson in goal, plus Aguero and Aubameyang (maybe Grealish) to take advantage of the Double Gameweek. Hard to tinker with your side without seeing how much value you have on players.
Don’t forget, if you were to sell players like Vardy or Ings now and want them back later on, but their Current Price is higher than what you sold them for (Selling Price), you might not be able to get them back at the higher price.
Here’s a team to aim for using unlimited transfers:
Henderson/McCarthy
Trent/x/egan/Saiss/x
Salah/KDB/Grealish/Saka/Cantwell
Aguero/Aubameyang/x
New players in bold. Henderson is on loan from Man United and ineligible to play GW31+. Hard to sell Fernandes and Vardy even if it’s temporarily, and especially if you can’t buy them back at a higher price.
Another option could be to use the FH chip GW30+ (example on the new video: https://youtu.be/yPpRjSdYJV8). Then next week, the team reverts to your current squad with a solid core: Trent, Egan, Salah, KDB, Fernandes, Vardy, Ings (Cantwell).
After that, and depending on performances, make small tweaks such as Firmino to Rashford. DCL in for Vardy would free up funds, but remember Vardy was back to his best before the break. Build from there… maybe Pope in goal GW32+.
