Thanks. Not much you can do when a player gets a red card like Zinchenko. Still, KDB had good chances late on and could’ve scored. 19 shots for City, no goals is unbelievable. I hope your captain makes up for it this week!

I have another question to you . Spurs with Mourinho are no longer a green fixture , do you agree? Still , if it were you, you’d go with an Alli ou Bergwijn ir a Chelsea mid ? Witch Team do you think it’s going to attack the 4th place ? I need a 4th miedfielder and I’m thinking those guys , United without Rashford are not viable … For the other side Saints have green fixtures , and after watching last night game , Redmond is in my thoughts , too much Saints ? McCarthy , Ings and possibly Redmond ?
Cheers

I might prefer a Spurs midfielder at this moment. I had Redmond on my Watchlist, then I removed him after thinking back over the years not really being able to trust him. He can be inconsistent.
Your call on this one. Southampton are playing well and Redmond can deliver when he’s hot. No issue investing on multiple players from the same team when the team is in good form.

Gw26 Will be the answer. Last year I had Redmond I was happier with him than Felipe Anderson. . Bergwijn is a massive prospect and I’ve got my eye on him.
Saints have the dream games . Difficult

Hey Bruno!
Kudos to you for having some amazing weeks,
I finally activated my wildcard as I had to fix some damaged areas in my team.
Currently it looks like this;
Henderson, McCarthy
TAA, VVD, O’connel, Stephens and Fernandez
Salah, KDB, Mahrez, Son and Traore
Ings, Jimenez and Martinelli
With 0.7 in the bank. What do you think about this team?

What’s up. Thanks!
Liking the GKs. Defenders are well set.
Midfielders are strong overall. I can see the idea with Mahrez if Sterling is out injured, it should work. Careful in the long-run as we never know with Pep rotation.
Forwards are set.
It’s excellent overall. The only note is as I mentioned on the video… McCarthy vs. Pope rotation for Henderson. After GW31, Pope seems to have the edge, so it might be worth a look if you can swing the funds.
Nothing required to change, looking good. 👍

ola Bruno
welldone on the good fpl form , i been doing good aswell with exception of the mane triple captain fail it happens unluckeeeeee.
gw25 saw me get 65 points pretty pleased with that although just 3 players retruned for me , salah, trent and firmino , so this is concerning, any advice for gw26 will help.
my thinking is alli to mahrez – lundstram to oconell/egan/fernandez well there a few options for lundstram haha, or save the transfer. any other thoughts will be appreciated.
1ft, wildcard , free hit and bench boost available with 0.3m in the bank. heres my squad.
McCarthy, Button
Trent, Soyoncu, Lundstram, Kelly, Rico.
Salah, KDB, Alli, Traore, Cantwell.
Vardy, Firmino, Ings
all the best for gw 26!

Ola. Some things are out of our control like we saw with Mane. Good to hear you’re doing well in general. 👍
Lundstram, leaning toward Fernandez as a differential, possibly Lascelles if you want to be safer as far as ownership against strong FPL managers. I like Sheffield United defenders as well if you can plan the transfers for the blank GW28.
Alli to Mahrez is trickier. I may stay away from City assets after seeing their fixture list between the next 3 Gameweeks, but it’s up to you. Super close between Alli and Mahrez, trust your instinct on this one.
I might say it’s between dropping Lundstram hopefully for a nice profit, or banking the FT so you have 2FTs during the longest Gameweek ever coming up.
Good luck!

Hi Bruno congrats on green arrows – red for me as I chose the wrong Captain- Auba instead of Salah. Stick or twist this week with my team – as below. 1FT but 2.5K in bank. I’m considering Lundstram out for VVD or another Sheffield player. Other queries around Silva, who hasn’t played last 2 games. Who is the one player you’d get right now that I haven’t got? Cheers Davina
Ryan (Button)
Aurier, Robertson, Lundstram (Kelly, Pereira)
Silva, Salah(C), Barnes, Grealish (Noble)
Vardy, Auba (VC), Jimenez

Hi Davina. Thank you. I’m likely to sell Lundstram this week, and for my team, I may avoid a Sheffield United defender since I already have Henderson in goal. For you, it could work if you can plan in terms of the blank GW28. In general, I might prefer VVD as the replacement.
Don’t know what’s happened with Silva. Even though it’s his last season at City, he could play crucial role in the attack. I might look at Son or Traore if he’s fully recovered from the shoulder and leg injury. Need an update from Nuno.
Traore might open up the option of shifting in TAA on defense instead of VVD, but that’s up to you. 👍

Should captain Salah or KDB? Salah still get a week amount of rest but KDB will be fired up to win after a loss and Pep always burns through his opponent after a loss so I can’t decide!!

Leaning toward Salah based on current form, but that’s a good point. Trust your instinct if you’re feeling KDB. Salah is the safer option, KDB a bigger gamble with a good payoff if it works.

Hi bruno, hope you’re well. Would love abit of advice from you.
My current team:
Henderson (stek)
Taa soy egan rico (kelly)
Salah mane kdb hayden (romeu)
Aguero ings Maupay
My headache is I’m not sure on playing a 3-4-3 (benching soy) or 4-3-3 (benching hayden). Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Wow that’s a really close one. Maybe a gamble on Soy since you have no Wolves players? Your call on this one.

Hi Bruno,
Awesome video once again. So happy that your current team is doing well. I made a huge mistake last game and only scored 37 points. Instead of bringing salah for mane, i went for auba with the funds and captained him since he has a great record against Burnley. But turned out to be a huge huge mistake. I went from 600k to 800k now. I have wildcarded this week, maybe out of frustration since i really need to make up serious ground. Below is my current draft. Let me know what you think.
Henderson, Pope
TAA, Gomez, Egan, Stephens, Lascelles
Salah, Son, Barnes, Traore, Fleck
Aguero, Jimenez, Ings
I am going with double sheffield defense and aguero as a punt instead of KDB. I wiil be captaining augero if i make no changes. Plan is to hold a transfer gw27 and have 2 transfers in blank gw28 to move augero to vardy or auba.
Please feel free to critic my team. I have been following you for 2 years now and i really need your help man.
Thanks

Hi. Thank you. I wouldn’t even say it was a mistake captaining Aubameyang instead of Salah. As you said, Auba has a great scoring record vs. Burnley. Salah might’ve been a safer pick, Auba a bigger risk, and sometimes we take chances to score big.
The team is perfect, I can’t improve it. 👍
Future plan also makes sense, except Auba has a blank GW28. Vardy would be the available option.
There’s plenty of time to make up ground, so don’t worry too much. Thanks for your support! 👊

Hi Bruno. Thank you for the video and advice. Seeking you advice on possible transfers for this week.
I have 2 FTs and no money banked. Still have the wildcard.
Team
Pope (Button)
PAA, VvD, Lundstram, Fernandez (Kelly)
Salah, KdB, Maddison, Traore, (D. Luis)
Vardy, Inges, Jimenez
So starting to get frustrated with Maddison and Vardy but given the break I hope that gets them going again.
My thoughts are to keep the team in tact but to us a FT to swap out Kelly at 4.2 for either Japhet Tanganga and get 0.1 banked or a 3.9m defender and get 0.3 banked. Seem Jose likes the kid so maybe a real cheap defender with upside the rest of the year.
So would appreciate your thoughts…A worthless swap to get more in the bank or less banked and potential. I’m leaning toward Japhet.
To clear up more funds in the next GWs I may sell VvD. With Ake coming back should I start to consider bringing him in for VvD?
Thank you

Hi. You’re welcome. Know what you mean with Maddison Vardy. Thinking of benching Maddison this week and see if he can get back on the points.
Kelly seemed to have lost his starting spot and is now injured. I have Tanganga on my Watchlist. Since I wanted to wait instead of risking early transfers, I’m priced out of him for Winston Reid. Otherwise, I might’ve taken a chance as Mourinho does seem to like him. Not 100% nailed-on, but it’s a great price point.
Ake is a great player in fantasy and in general. I’ve been a fan of his for a while. Depends on whether Bournemouth can continue this current form after a really bad spell.
Good luck!

Hi Bruno, hope you are doing well. Since I watch your videos im doing better and better in FPL, thanks for that! For GW26 I need your advice about who should I bench and who should be my captain.
My Team:
Pope
Baldock, TAA, Robertson
Salah (C), KDB, Grealish, Traore
Jimenez, Ings, Calvert-Lewin
Bench: Maddison, Evans, Prödl, Steklenburg
Should I bench Calvert-Lewin for Maddison or not? My thoughts are that it will be a hard match for Calvert-Lewin against Palace. I saw some matches of Palace when they stay deep and defend very well (mostly at home) but on the other hand i haven’t seen so many matches from Everton and I am not sure how good they really are since Ancelotti arrived.
I have captained Salah for GW24&25 and it worked out perfectly! Before that I used KDB as my captain and he has been great this season. Now im thinking about to switch to KDB again. Reasons for that are that Sterling is injured and KDB can play in a more forward position than the last games. When he played upfront he had great games and contributed to a lot of goals (for exmaple: GW17 against Arsenal). I also think that Guardiola likes to rotate and that D. Silva could start the game with Rodri and Gundogan what would mean that the chances are even higher that KDB plays more in front. I also think that West Ham is not a strong opponent and City plays at home and City already have beaten them in the beginning of the season 0:5 and after the loss against Tottenham they need to strike back.
On the other hand nothing speaks against Salah. He is in form and is always hungry for goals and as long as Milner is injured he also takes the penalties for Liverpool.
I hope you can help me and I wish u all the best for GW26!
Thanks and greetings from Switzerland!

Hi Evzal. Doing well, thanks. That’s awesome to hear, glad it’s been working for you. 👍
I like how you’ve set it. DCL and Maddison have an equal orange rating according to our fixture difficulty cheatsheet, so no clear winner from that. I also don’t have the best assessment of Everton at this moment! Sometimes it’s hard to be completely caught up on every single team and player, so we do the best with the information we have.
Since Maddison hasn’t been delivering returns, and he dropped a bit deeper in position last game, I have him on my bench GW26. His only threat was set pieces and even those were off – hitting the wall or wasting corners taking them short. Let’s see if Rodgers shifts him higher up the pitch against Wolves.
Salah is a safe captain pick, KDB the gamble with high payoff. As you said, Salah tries to score constantly. It’s what I look for in FPL, especially when setting captaincy. Another notch in his favor is current form which is unmatched by any player. Back to back 16-point hauls. As always, trust your instinct if you’re feeling KDB! You’ve made great points and even if it doesn’t work out, you’ll have a mini-win in that you trusted yourself.
Switzerland! My best friend when I was a kid now lives in Neuchâtel Switzerland. His name is also Bruno and our birthday is two days apart.
Good luck, you have a good grasp of your players. 👍

Hi Bruno
I hope you are well.Another informative video, with great tips.
I had another green arrow, with a 100k jump in GW25, as I slowly try to climb up the ladder…..
Heres my current team:
Henderson, (Button)
TAA, Gomez, Sidibe, (Rico),(Kelly)
Salah, De Bruyne, Grealish, Fleck, (Traore)
Aguero, Aubemeyang, (Ings)
ITB- 0.8m
I need your advice on the following:
1. Do you think my team as is, is fine to set up for GW26 no need to use my free transfer?
The one player that makes me think is Sidibe not sure Everton, who have been vulnerable to set pieces will keep.a cleansheet. But then who to replace him with- should be a player that has a good GW28 fixture and for GW26?. Aurier is one being considered.
Alternative is hope on Everton cleansheet and have 2 transfers for GW27, and then bring a defender, like Lascelles, who is only 4.2m and swop non starting Kelly for him, as Newcastle has good fixtures thereafter. Your views, any top recomended defenders?
2. Have I startedand benched the correct players?. Traore or Grealish to start?
3. Do you think Gomez is likely to start most, if not all Liverpools EPL games?.
3)Captaincy- Salah, Aguero and Aubemeyang being considered with Salah heading my current captaincy candidates. Your thoughts?
4. Watchlist, Son, Mahrez(while Sterling injured should get more gametime.) Also Perreira(Leicester), Barnes, Perez, Mane(differential when back!),
Snodgrass, Moura, Pope, Tanganga. Your thoughts?.
5.Which gameweek do you think is good to use freehit, GW31 appears to be a common mention in FPL community?
6. Would you ever consider doing a live Youtube FPL stream?. Could be a short version to start off with.
You have the image, voice, confidence and FPL expertise to do it. You would be a real hit with your style!
Would appreciate your views on the above, before I set my team up for GW26.
PS: It was awesome to watch Federer vs Nadal today in our city , setting a world record crowd tennis attendance.

Hi. Thanks. Good to hear you pulled off another green arrow.
1. Team is strong. Leaning toward the alternative with Lascelles after this week for a great run of fixtures plus the blank. Defenders I recommend are the ones on my Watchlist near the end of the video. Lascelles, Stevens, Stephens, Boly… some have tough fixtures this week.
2. That’s up to you. I might say Ings is in great form and he could be pushing for a starting spot in your team, possibly fighting Fleck. Leaning toward starting Grealish with solid stats and a green fixture according to the cheatsheet.
3. Impossible to tell for sure, but it would make sense for Klopp to continue starting him with their defensive record when he plays. One goal conceded in their last ten league games.
4. All top choices. Son and Mahrez have good scoring potential. Two tricky fixtures for Barnes and Pereira next, then a nice one GW28. Moura and Perez could be a bit more inconsistent and harder to trust. Mane will be a nice differential and might be interesting for a one-time chip use, assuming Liverpool have something to play at that point.
5. No clear plans at the moment. It could become more obvious when the time comes and the blank/double gameweek fixtures are announced. I’m thinking of using it in a double gameweek when many players from strong in-form teams are available.
6. Thanks! I should. I’ve never watched one before and don’t know much about it, but I’m open to doing it in the future.
That’s great with tennis coming to Cape Town and making history. 🇿🇦 I was really into tennis when I was younger, need to get back into it!
