Gameweek 7 Points! 46 points (AVG: 51). I was so excited for this video, all about how the tide has shifted with more green arrows. Instead, another setback! Right now, I’m feeling stuck. GW8 team revealed.
FANTASY PREMIER LEAGUE TEAM TIPS FOR 2019-20
FPL GW8 Team
🚨 Final GW8 Team! 🚨
TRANSFERS OUT: None
TRANSFERS IN: None
***UPDATE: KDB injured, Hayden suspended! The positive is Kelly might come in off the bench since Sakho is out injured again. Banking a transfer to have 2FTs for the international break. Keeping KDB because I don’t want to use up a transfer on a player who is staying for the long-run, Guardiola said he will return GW9. Similar reasoning as Mount a few weeks back.
The pressure is on Aguero and Son to deliver, no excuses, even if they’re benched! If they fail to deliver, I may make a change on the premium differentials. Captain Aguero, vice captain Salah. Pochettino hinted at rotation… does he know Son was subbed early GW7? I can’t blame him for being confused, I feel the same way this week. Approaching this round with an open mind! Thanks for watching!!! 👍💯 -Bruno
PS: I have my school reunion this weekend, so I will miss many of the live games, then catch up early in the week. I might post a photo or two on social media. Later! 🎓

Wow, interesting results and performances in the Champions League already! will Aguero even start this weekend after playing the midweek game? Is De Bruyne injured? I may change the captain and vice-captain just to be safe, or make a new transfer plan…

Hey Bruno,
I am kind of stuck with my lineup. I have one free transfer and 0.5 ITB. I am afraid KDB will be back in the lineup this weekend and I will most likely miss out with him. I am thinking of removing mahrez because who knows if he will actually play. But who can I replace him with. Any tips would be appreciated!
Ryan (button)
TAA Soyuncu Lundstram (PVA Digne)
Mount Salah Mahrez Mcginn Sterling
Pukki Abraham (martinelli)

Hey. If you have enough funds for KDB, that could be the straightforward move. This is assuming KDB is fully-fit and set to start, need an update from Guardiola.
If you can’t make the move easily, I might prefer to give Mahrez another chance, then depending on performances, it would be easier to swap KDB back in.
Other than that, team is looking strong.

Hi Bruno
Thoughts on my team and my plans…
Ryan
TAA | Otamendi | Soyuncu
Salah | Sterling | De Bruyne | Cantwell*
Abraham (c) | Pukki | King
Subs: Button | Lundstram | Digne* | Dendonker
TV=101.6; ITB=0.3; FT=1
1. So my plans are to replace Cantwell with Mount. In order to do this I’m going to downgrade Digne to Kelly (for a -4) to free some cash.
2. Looking beyond GW9 – and largely dependent on GW9 performances – if Sterling continues to fail, I’m looking to ‘downgrade’ him to Maddison & ‘upgrade’ Pukki to Aubameyang (also for a -4).
3. Are there any other players you think should be on my radar?
4. What are your thoughts about the gametime security of Otamendi now that Stones is back in training?
Thanks in advance for your input. As always, I value your advice!

Hi Grant,
1. Liking this idea. Mount and Chelsea are excellent in the attack. Wish Digne and Everton had raised their game after the Man City game, although the red card to Coleman didn’t help.
2. Can also work depending on performances. Our new fixture cheatsheet shows tricky matchups for Arsenal. Curious to see how they’ll react, although if someone is to score, it will likely be Auba.
3. Maybe Callum Wilson. In your case, King is a great alternative unless he can’t keep up with Wilson.
4. Never know, but Otamendi should be ok. Don’t think Pep fully trusts Stones. If Man City continue to drop points, then Stones won’t even factor in the key reasons for selling Otamendi.
You have all the right players in mind for the future plan. Need to see how they perform GW9 and move forward. 👍

Kia ora Bruno – thanks for all your work on new fixture sheets. Here’s my team at the moment:
Ryan (Heaton)
Pereira, Soyuncu, Lundstram, Mings (Kelly)
KDB, Sterling, Mane, Dendoncker (Cantwell)
Auba, Vardy (Greenwood)
ITB 0.9, 2FT
I hoped to get Mount but priced out unless I sell one of my premium assets, which I’m not sure I’m ready to do. So 2 options:
1. Make some small upgrades to get into teams I’d like to be in/increase my stake in at cheaper price – eg OUT Cantwell, IN Jorginho or Winaljdum (which) and possibly Mings out for Rico (maybe next week as AVL then have City & Liverpool)
2. Sell a premium asset such as Sterling in order to be able to get Mount and upgrade Greenwood to C Wilson or Jimenez (which)
Option 2 may be coming next week if not this. Not sure on timing – though I’m sure City will play their socks off to catch up deficit.
Appreciate your thoughts
Cheers Davina

Kia ora. You’re welcome. 👍
Struggling to choose one at this very moment.
1. Prefer Wijnaldum who looked good during the International Break.
2. Leaning toward Callum Wilson in the short-term, but Jimenez is on my Watchlist. Difficult to sell Sterling because after GW9, City have 3 home games in their next 4.
If forced, maybe Option 1 using just one of the 2FTs, then you would have 2FTs once again next week. The problem is the timing as Norwich attackers have potential against Bournemouth.
Can you reach to Mount (possibly Hudson-Odoi) by bringing in a 3.9m defender? Is that even an option as it leaves your defense light? It’s really difficult, your team is super close already. Can see the idea with moving for Mount to tighten up the final midfielder spot.
Let’s see if Cantwell is fully-recovered from the hamstrong issue.

Hi. Leaning toward B after working on the new fixture cheatsheet. Norwich have conceded 21 goals already this season, pushing close to 3 goals per game.
Tammy also in the mix. Mane and Aguero not 100% guaranteed to start.

This is an excellent team! The only minor concern is this week with Mane playing for his country on Friday. Will he start or even make the bench for Sunday?
That’s the only note, you have a strong team. 👍

Hey bruno! Had a really bad week 17 points benched!
Not sure now who to plat this week in my defence
Who would you play out of these 4
Lundstram rico boly soyuncu (all of them have decent fixtures)
Thanks! Hope you had a great week!

Hey! Wow, the game is upside down at the moment.
Leaning toward Soy and Boly. Then it’s a battle between Lundy and Rico. If Sheffield United work as hard as Everton did against West Ham, they might pull off another clean sheet. Rico has a chance for attacking returns, smallest chance of rotation in the long-run as players return from injury.
Struggling to choose that final spot.
Enjoy your week!

Need some input here on my Wild Card
(27 points with 14 on the bench GW9 – and felt its time to hit the big red button
still have done it if those points had been on the pitch tho)
After trawling your new fixture difficulty, feeding in past Gf,Ga, And first 9 weeks form I have come up with
Henderson,(Button)
WanB,Soyuncu,Lundstram,(Matip,Rico)
Mane,Sterling,KdB,D.Silva,CHO
Vardy,Abraham,(Connoly)
0.2itb
After 3,4 Gw probs shift D.Silva+ in 2ft either TAA 442 or Jiminez 343 depending.
Thoughts?

Liking the GK idea. I took a beating for moving for United defenders, but they’re really close to clean sheets every single game. If they cut out individual mistakes, they would be excellent. Other defenders are set.
Midfielders and forwards are also well set.
Struggling to improve it, and I like the future plan with TAA and Jimenez in mind.
