Hi Bruno?
So new season coming up, inflation prices on FPl and more dilemma! I feel the defenders will be most the same for every other team but front 3 will be a differential. My team so far:
Ederson,
Walker, Van Dijk, Robertson, Coleman
Pereyra, Maddison, Mane,
Wilson, Kane, Jimenez,
Any thoughts on my team?
Thanks,

Hi. Agree with you on defenders being similar for many teams. I have a few drafts already with van Dijk, then Digne and possibly Laporte. So early though!
Milivojevic is one to consider in midfield, but it’s somewhat dependent on Zaha staying to earn some penalties.
Pereyra was a bit hot or cold last season, So he might be the weakest link, or at least a position to check for alternatives just in case. I have my eye on Fraser, but prices are an issue if you want to move for a premium striker.
Forwards are perfect. I have a few drafts without a premium forward which allows more strength in midfield, but yours is hard to beat.
Nice. Looks strong already. 👍

Good to hear from you. 👍

What do you think about my draft:
Alisson
Robertson Ake Digne
Kante Salah Sigurdsson Bernando Zaha
Wilson Kane
Need a replacement for Kante, but am running out of $

Perfect GK and DEF. Attackers are nearly set. As you said, Kante is the weakest in your starting XI with so many premium players in other positions.
Check your bench to see if you can go with the cheapest options most likely to play this season, then if you want to upgrade Kante, you’ll have to make a cut somewhere, but it won’t be easy with your picks!

Hi. Yes, I’m seriously considering it as well, 3-5-2.
You have a solid core of players with Laporte, Robertson, Wan-B, VVD, Zaha, Salah, Aguero.
Small note on selecting newcomers or players recently promoted to the Premier League. Last season I avoided all promoted players and had a fast start.
For the cheaper spots, consider Diop £4.5m DEF (difficult GW1), Dendoncker £4.5m MID. This might allow you to upgrade one starting spot, possibly Mings, McGinn or Wesley.
Thanks for the comment. 👍

Hello
What are your thoughts

Benteke Aubameyang Kane
Minimum Price bench

Hello. Smart GK+DEF. Salah, Auba and Kane should give you a solid core. Perez will be hungry to score straight away to prove he was worth the transfer. McNeil is interesting, I’d have to research his potential a bit more, but he was promising in the second half of the last season. I don’t have enough information on Trossard yet to give a proper assessment. I’m aiming at avoiding all newcomers to the Premier League, but taking a risk on an unproven PL player can sometimes pay off, like we saw with Wan-Bissaka last season.
Benteke is a trickier one. Tends to go on runs of games scoring, so it’s all about confidence and momentum with him. Not someone I’ve picked in recent seasons, but we never know how players will approach a new season.
You have a strong core of 8 players, then it’s whether to play it safer at the start or bet on players we already know can deliver big points in FPL. Thanks for the comment.
