Hi. It’s already close between the two. The hit makes it harder to justify. I will most likely make this switch, so it’s harder for me to say no! I can see both players doing well. In my case, I’m trying differentials to gain more ground. If you’re in a good position, you could hold as an option.

That’s funny. 😀
The players I might keep a closer eye on are Maguire, Mount, Djenepo, Deulofeu. Mount hasn’t started the last two games, and his blanks are adding up. Ings is a top option as far as fixtures, hopefully he stays injury-free.
One idea to consider for the long-term is a Liverpool defender such as Robertson or TAA. That could involve a cut in a different position. For example, in the midfield, bringing in Hayden or Dendoncker as your last bench spot would hopefully get you closer to Robbo/TAA.
You have a good team core with the goalkeepers, Soy, Tomori, Lundstram, Salah, KDB, Kane, Vardy. Then work with the rest of the squad to find the best players for the last starting positions while not completely ignoring the bench. The last position on the bench could be ok as the cheapest option available.
I’m holding the chips until closer to the Double and Blank Gameweeks later in the season, around GW32. That’s up to you.
Overall, I like your transfer plan and new players. I didn’t focus on PVA in the previous game, but his fixtures are a positive.
See if you can build a new draft with a Liverpool defender. Even if you do, your transfer plan might beat it, so trust your instinct.

Hi Bruno
Congrats on your great score last GW well done!!
As for me l had 66pts (-4pts 62pts) and a small green arrow to 207k OR, l was really undecided last week which way to go but l wanted Mane and Vardy in, so l moved Salah and Abraham out, moving Abraham out is a bit of a gamble as the template is 3 forwards.
Below is my current team; 0FT/ITB £3.4/WC
Pope – (Button)
VVD / Soy / Lumdsram – (Rico/Janmaat)
Mane c / KDB / Maddison / Martial / Mount
Vardy / Jimenez – (Greenwood)
Nick Pope has been excellent in the last couple of games, and Lundstram provided another attacking return but didn’t bring big points. I was pleased to see De Bruyne return some points after a quiet few games.
Another Soyuncu clean sheet and a goal from Jimenez. Maddison was unlucky not to get on the score sheet and bring Vardy in and had him as captain paid off.
Sterling has been so frustrating of late, l think over the last 3-4 GW he’s had 2 goals disallowed plus an assist, so l made an early move and brought in Mane who’s been killing me for points as you showed on the VT.
Overall l am fairly happy with the team for GW14 9 players have home advantage this week.
ln attack Mason Mount has been benched twice in quick succession which is worrying. He’s currently first in the queue to be dropped by Lampard against tough opposition, but looks likely to play this weekend l hope.
It was annoying Martial came off and then United get a couple of quick goals as Sheffield switched off, l may look to move him on and currently Son is at the top of my watch list to replace him along with Pulisic for Mount.
The final headache is captaincy -Mane or Vardy. Mane has the better fixture on paper, but Vardy has the form. Everton are struggling defensively, plus he has spot-kick duty to strengthen his case too.
With GW15 coming midweek l may upgrade VVD to either TAA or Robinson for their attacking threat??
Just heard Emery has been sacked from Arsenal, l wonder if Nuno from Wolves will get the job !!
All the best

Hi Malc,
Thanks! Brave move to shift out Abraham when you did, gad it worked out.
Great player ratings from last week’s games. Know what you mean with Sterling, and I was surprised to see Lampard’s tactical change with Mount.
Between Vardy and Mane for captaincy, leaning toward Vardy. Form and fully-rested midweek.
I can’t choose between TAA and Robertson, so I’ve gone for both! Yes, attacking potential and fixtures on their side.
I will most likely move for Son and it will be another gamble on the player dropped – KDB.
If Nuno leaves Wolves, that will definitely impact their players.
Only minor notes for your team which you already identified: VVD and Mount. Great update and transfer plan. Good luck!

Olá. Still above average score, but I know the pain when the captain blanks. I hope you get bigger points this weekend.
I will most likely bring in Son as a differential.
Good luck. 👊

Hi Bruno,
Great to hear your 80 point score. I had 64, so just cruising along with 732 YTD.
Would like your thoughts on the team. 1 free transfer and 2.9M ITB.
Pope (Button)
TAA, Lundstram, Soyuncu, PvA (Kelly)
KdB, Mount, Mane, Maddison (D. Luiz)
Vardy, Abraham (Greenwood)
So potential moves for this week:
1) PvA out, Robertson in (free), then take a hit with Abraham out and Jimenez in. The second would be popular pick, and allow me to bring Abraham back in when he’s fit. Any other strikers other than Jimenez that might be a differential and worth a flyer? Or should I just ride Abraham and not take the points hit? or ride PvA 1 more week and move Abra out and not take the points hit.
2) Then next week, can do a swap b/t Kdb and Son. Waiting a week to make sure all is indeed better at Tot and this week wasn’t a one off.
Appreciate your thoughts.
OH, finally, who was that imposter saying they were Bruno in that picture with Conte :).
Hope you had a Happy Thanksgiving.

Hi Citizen,
Thanks. That’s an excellent points total at this stage.
1) Liking this plan. TAA+Robbo feels really safe since I’ve doubled up, despite TAA delivering below his potential. I might place Jimenez at the top, then Ings as a gamble. I’m so stuck on what to do with Abraham, that’s why I can barely answering comments because I don’t know what to do for my own team. I may sell him, still unsure.
2) Yes, this makes sense. I’m taking a big gamble on selling KDB vs. Newcastle.
Oh yes, not the best pic of me. 🙂 Kante was probably the nicest player I’ve ever met. He had just been crowned PL champion with Leicester and that might’ve been his first ever game for Chelsea.
Happy thanksgiving!

Hey Bruno,
So I’ve seen a lot of folks bringing in Son and I’m starting to consider it too.. But a bit torn as to who I would replace him with.. The only viable players i can straight swap is Sterling, KDB, Mane… I’m leading my mini league by 1 point and my closest two competitors both have kdb but not sterling… I’m leaning towards sterling being the drop as i’ve value invested in kdb, but not raheem. Also seeing the scout exclude both KDB and Sterling this week has me considering it more.
I do recall seeing somewhere that Sterling gets a high rate of returns when playing with Jesus, which has me feeling like he might be able to bring in a haul more so than KDB..
Mane is a staple in my side and I probably won’t drop him unless Salah finds form.
I have 1 FT left used my first on rashford for Abraham cause of the injury.
My current team looks like:
Ryan (McGovern)
Soyuncu, TAA, Lundstram (Rico, Kelly)
Mane (vc), KDB, Sterling, Mount, Cantwell
Rashford, Vardy (c) (Greenwood)
Also swapping KDB/Sterling for Son give me funds to bring in Aurier for Kelly but I’d be taking a -4 for that.
Appreciate any thoughts you have on this

Hey. If you do move for Son, I would agree to keep KDB and drop Sterling for the reasons you mentioned. I’ve gone and sold both accepting they can score against Newcastle. In the end, I’m going in a new direction with Son.
Yes, can see that with Sterling. I seem to remember him doing better when Aguero is out. Good point, not easy. 🤔
Mane is safe until Salah outscores him consistently.
Kelly could actually play while Ward is injured, so it’s not as straightforward as it was in previous rounds. I’m also curious to see how Tottenham defenders will perform now.
I can say what I’ve done, and will likely do. I’ve sold Sterling and will most likely move in Son for KDB.

Hi Bruno
I hope you are well and enjoyed Thanks Giving and Black Friday shopping!
Taamy Abraham’s injury has made me reassess my team, after I had taken a -8 hit to bring in Son(for KDB), Chilwell(for Soyuncu) and to fund it Kelly(for Rico).
Heres my team:
Gazzaniga,( Button)
TAA, Robertson, Chillwell, (Lundstram) (Kelly)
Mane,Son, Pulisic, Maddison,Gundogan
Vardy, Jiminez,( Abraham*)
OR- 1.2m
TV- 105.0m
1) Abraham injury- tricky to say if he is likely to miss more than 1 game as his diagnosis is only to be revealed after Monday. His price is dropping tonight and fast, I will lose 0.1m on tonights price drop( bought at 7.6m, current price 8.0m).If he drops multiple times after tonight, then obviously reason to sell. Question,do you think I have enough cover for him, Gundogan….is he likely to play?.
Otherwise Lundstram and Kelly, dont have the best away fixtures.
2) Linked to above do you think its wise to bring in Ings for Abraham tonight?. Thereby protecting 0.1m price drop profit and Ings potential with next 3 games green fixtures, Watford, Norwich, Newcastle, with 1st 2 at home. Also I will then have an additional 1.7m left in the bank to upgrade elsewhere later.
3) Captain choice- Son, Mane, Vardy, Pulisic, TAA.
Who would you recommend and in what order? Is Son and Vardy in this form the main candidates?
Your valuable feedback on the above would be greatly appreciated.

Hi. Doing well, thanks. I’m in a similar position with Abraham. If I keep him, Mount may only come off the bench. I don’t have a decision yet. If I sell Abraham it could be tonight also and for Ings.
Leaning toward Vardy, Son also high on the list. I’m not able to post more at this moment, playing indoor 5-aside and sneaking in this reply! 👍

Thanks Buddy. Due to the short turnaround times with 3 games in 7 days I pulled the trigger and brought in Ings. I doubt Abraham will be back to full fitness for the midweek game.
Interested to know what you did….
And yes my captaincy also currently on Vardy…

I’ve done the same, plus more moves. I’m not sure if Mount will start consistently as even more attacking mids return from injury.

Hey. Don’t really know who you already have. Lacazette could work if Arsenal turn things around now. Firmino as well, unless you want to leave places open for other Liverpool assets like TAA, Robertson, Salah, Mane.
Maybe Rashford, although I’m not sure if I trust United for consistent performances. Jesus is another idea, but I don’t know when Aguero will return.
Lower-priced, a gamble on Ings with two great home fixtures could work well. I like Mousset also, but he is just back from a hamstring issue. Would like to see another game from him.
If forced to choose one for just two weeks, I might say it’s between Lacazette and Ings.
