Thank you for all of the amazing and insightful videos this season and congrats on your skyrocket in rank.
Following your lead, at GW 9 I was at 3 mil and today I am slightly north of 1 mil. Getting up early here in Washington to watch the first matches at 0430, looking at the players, taking notes and then trusting my gut to find the players i wanted to watch. I am a first year participant in FPL and am definitely making and learning from my mistakes.
Need some guidance on which direction i should go.

My thoughts are
1. No transfer, bank it
2. Zaha to either Alli, Grealish or Shelvey.
CPFC supporter and i know we don’t really score where Alli and Son as a combo is enticing, Grealish has a nice run through GW 21 and Shelvey has 3 goals in last 3 and faces Burnley next. I would use Shelvey for just one week.

Hi James,
Great to read your comment. Excellent strategy that should give you success in the long-run. Close to 2 million rise in the rank is a great achievement already, hope it continues.
Both options can work as your team is already strong. Spurs have great fixtures through December, I might prefer Alli with Son for the double up. The small note is the timing with Wolves next that makes it harder to predict for this round.
Shelvey is an excellent player if he can keep his discipline in check. Grealish is also on my Watchlist.
No concerns at this moment. Hopefully Cantwell can start more consistently from here.
I just read that Hodgson said there could be additional injuries that he’s not willing to disclose at this moment. Hopefully we get an update closer to deadline.
I might say it’s between banking it and Alli, difficult decision.

Great job on your 83 points this GW! I’m very happy for you!
Like you I’m pushing very hard this December with differentials and it’s working pretty well.
I just think you should keep Ings instead Jimenez and for sure get Abraham for GW17.

I’m might hold on 1 FT for this week and for next week maybe I get Grealish for Hayden so I got cover for Mane on GW18 blank game.
KDB and Tomori is on my chop block and Tomkis is a great idea but his price is the problem.
I hope I get another green arrow and by January if I’m luck I’ll be inside 50K.

Hi. For my team, if I don’t move quickly, I would be priced out of the move for Gauita. If you can wait longer, then using the FT GW18 is reasonable to avoid the additional hit.
Let’s see if we have another update on Crystal Palace players before deadline, then reassess.

Hi. Team is strong and I wouldn’t want to face it this week.
Super close between the two GKs. Leaning toward a gamble with Guaita, but it’s not a required move at this moment, especially if you have enough ITB to make the change in the future if needed.

Hi bruno just want to ask you something please. I know it’s a little early but (barring injuries to any of my players) for gw 18 (bench taa and mane) what do you suggest I do?

A: swapping Henderson out for Gaza to fund hayden to shelvey which would cost me -4 as well.
B: swapping rico out for baldock.
C: save the transfer.

Hi. No problem.
A. Not sure about the -4, makes it a little more difficult to justify.
B. I like this. Might be smoother in the future with a different GK to reduce the risk of 3x defensive cover (depending on performances).
C. Good option.
Maybe between B and C. Might need to think it through with more time as things change quickly.

Targett came off injured in the last game, need an update. Rico and Bournemouth haven’t been great recently. Aurier is attacking and Spurs have the targets to put away his crosses. Don’t know if he will have a rotation risk at some stage? Very low it seems under Mourinho.
Jimenez has a full rest in Europa League, let’s see if he can continue to deliver against the bigger sides. Rashford is in top form, United have to show consistency and play as they did against Spurs and City.
At this moment, I’m taking it game by game. I will most likely keep Mane and TAA through the blank barring injuries or suspensions. When I think about it, this same team core scored 83pts without Mane and TAA GW16.
You’re right about Liverpool’s fixtures, although I believe they will prioritize the league and give key players rest in the other competitions.
My only note is to consider taking it game by game and make adjustments as we get new information. 👍

Congrats on your score and rise amazing well done!!
Last GW went alright, l took a gamble on captaining Mane, thankfully he didn’t come on for a 2 minute cameo and my vice was Vardy phew!
l made the move to bring in TAA for VVD and missed the long awaited clean sheet Ahhhh, with Son, Maddison, Jeminez and Vardy as my returning players scoring 64pts and a small green arrow to 209k OR.
Below is my current team with £0.5ITB / 1FT / WC
Henderson – (Button)
Soy / TAA / Lundstram – (Rico / Janmaat)
Mount / KDB / Son / Mane / Maddison
Vardy / Jeminez – (Greenwood)
Unless there are major injury issues in the European games l am planning on rolling the
transfer this week (but totally get your moves which could pay off). with 9 players with home fixtures and KBD against Arsenal l feel relatively ok with the team for this week.
Although KDB blanked against United and people are looking to off load him I am not prepared to go “City-less” yet!! KDB is a class act and I wouldn’t swap him right now. If anything, I might go the other way and double up with D Silva, remember that Man City are the leagues top scorers on 44 goals, Spurs have “only” 30, and that’s what’s holding me back from doubling up with Alli.
Captain for this week is between Mane and Vardy, l will keep an eye on the polls
but will probably go with the later.
So my thoughts are on GW18 and the Liverpool blank as my bench isn’t great, but lets see how the weekend goes and will use my WC in GW19-20.

Hi Malc. Thanks! Smart decision to vice captain Vardy just in case. Strong OR at this point.
Agree with your team being in great shape, no changes required. KDB is a beast and has Arsenal who are a bit shaky at the moment.
Most likely sticking the armband on Vardy as he aims to break his own scoring record.
Hopefully your bench can step in by GW18. If you bank the transfer, 2FTs should help to tighten things up if needed.

Firstly well done on your climb up the rankings and consistently releasing videos every week, another fantastic one this week.
Your climb up coincided with my climb up from gameweek 9 at 3.2m to current 1.1m with 6 out 7 green arrow weeks.
And it could have been even better, but overall, reasonably happy.
Even though different moves, it appears we both went for bold moves on quality proven players with an early streak, with some differentials. If this is the strategy that is to be followed hereafter, I am not so sure, as other higher priced players ,like Kane, Salah, Aguero, Auba etc when back, if in form and if Leicester slip up(3 players in team) and if Vardy has a bad patch, might need to restructure team….but thats a future consideration only.
After 64 points GW16, after a captain differential that almost worked🤪, looking forward to GW17.
After a -8 hit to bring in Rashford and Abraham, my team is as follows:

4) Martin , 4.0m starting keeper worth it keeping an eye on….for bench boost, but not sure its worth it bringing him in now for a hit before his price rises, possibly tonight?

1) Maybe the smallest edge to Lundstram this week with Mings out for Villa, but it’s up to you. Lundstram is coming off a few blanks.
2) Definitely.
3) I also have Baldock, Ward-Prowse and Jota on mine.
4) Yes, let’s see if West Ham can raise their level. At that price, it’s worth noting.
The only minor notes are to keep an eye on Zaha in case he can’t get back on the points, and start drawing up a plan for the blank GW18. Everything else is set.
