Gameweek 23 Score! 51 points (AVG: 44). It’s time for the Double Gameweek!!! I’ve confirmed a transfer with Robertson, Mane and Firmino on my Watchlist and a quick deadline DGW24. Triple Captain Chip?
FANTASY PREMIER LEAGUE TEAM TIPS FOR 2019-20
FPL GW24 Team
🚨 Final GW24 Team! 🚨
Transfers OUT: Chilwell
Transfers IN: Robertson
***UPDATE: Transfer confirmed, Chilwell out for Robertson with an eye on the mini Double-Gameweek and the long-term. Could’ve gone for Firmino, but the original plan was to then shift him to Rashford. Rashford is not an option with the injury. Mane required a hit and deep cuts to the team depth, although he could do well this round. Triple Captain Chip is active! Thanks for watching and good luck!!! 👍💯 -Bruno
EDIT: Late change!!! Ings was rumored to be benched, so I brought Traore into the starting XI. Not enough time to update here. Some wild lineup news already… Ings, Lundstram and Aguero all benched!

- DGW24 team, Triple Captain Chip?
GW24 Watchlist.
Here are some notes on players in my Watchlist, along with top picks and high-risk players to avoid.
Rashford, Richarlison and Sarr are ruled out of GW24 with injuries.
Virgil van Dijk (15PTS). Towering header and he nearly scored minutes later from a Trent free kick. Van Dijk has scored more league goals than any other defender since the start of last season, so he is a solid option for DGW24.
Sadio Mane (3PTS). Second blank in a row. His best chance came in the 44th minute when he was put in by Salah and denied by De Gea with a kick save.
Roberto Firmino (2PTS). Similar to Salah, he worked hard, but United denied him clear cut opportunities by getting back in numbers and pressing players as a team. He did curl a beauty into the far post, but it was ruled a foul by van Dijk on De Gea.
Leandro Trossard (10PTS) has been on my radar for a few weeks now and becomes an alternative to free up funds at £5.8m.
Sergio Aguero (13PTS). Well-taken brace in the end, although City were frustrated by Crystal Palace until that first goal. Then the game became more stretched near the end and City created better chances to score.
Riyad Mahrez (1PT) Last week, I said I was holding off on City players, Sterling would have to come back at some point. This time Mahrez was victim of Pep roulette, 1-point cameo from the bench.
Raheem Sterling (2PTS) had one of his worst performances of the season. It will be interesting to see who starts the next game. Based on form, Mahrez should have the edge over Sterling.

I’m on my wildcard, should I take a risk at bringing Laporte he came back in training and Man City kept clean sheet more often when he was around.
This my team right now with my wildcard, I had to do some drastic changes after the TC fail on Mane
GK:- Henderson,McCarthy
DEF:- Aurier,Holgate,TAA,Williams,Lacelles
MID:- KDB,Salah,Traore,Mane,Freakish
FWD:- Vardy,Ings,Deeny
How can I improve while keeping flexibility and who should transfer out for Laporte?! Thanks for your help Bruno!!!👍

Hi. At the moment, I’m passing on Man City defenders for my own team. Laporte could be reintegrated into the team slowly, but I understand the idea. Always a challenge to predict Guardiola.
Leaning toward the more balanced original team, but you can also draw up a plan to bring in Laporte after the Wildcard (depending on performances). 👍

Hi Bruno, hope you are well, been very unlucky latetly:( but still want to finish strong im my main ML
current team:
McC/Button
TAA, Lund, Dunk, Tanga, Williams
Mane*, Salah , KDB, Mahrez*, Grealish
Vardy, DCL, Greenwood
want to prioritize gettin rid of Mane as i feel hes out for longer term, got him on WC recently so not losing value on him. pls share your thoughts on below moves:
a. Mane + Greenwood -> Traore + Firmino
b. Mane + Greenwood -> Traore + Auba
c. Mane + Greenwood -> 4,7 + Aguero
d. Mane + Tanga -> Traore/Perez/Fleck(which?) + Robbo
e. any other combos you may have in mind
thx for reply

Hi. Doing well, thanks.
Great options. Leaning toward a short-term gamble on b or long-term approach with d. Option d is similar to my team, and I prefer Traore from the three mids.
Not sure which of the two is best, both are strong.

Hey! Love it overall. The only notes are to keep a close eye on Wilson as Bournemouth have been strangely off at times this season. No issue as a gamble after their recent turn of good form.
The other note is to have a plan in mind for the upcoming blanks possibly GW28. I mentioned this on the latest video. Henderson, Lundstram, Grealish, KDB and Auba could have a blank GW28. It should be ok with a Free Hit Chip or other plan to make moves before then (if needed).
If you don’t already, check out @BenCrellin on Twitter for info on the blanks and double gameweeks.

Hi Bruno – good news re triple captain Salah! Finally, some decent green arrows up 150K. Any tips re my team below? Looking at your cheat sheets I’m keen on either Sheffield United defence or Arsenal attack – or both for a -4 hit. I had Auba earlier in the season and quite like the idea of bringing him back – though that would take 1 extra FT than I have. Would you keep Mane and just leave him on bench given winter break coming up – hopefully he should have time to recover b4 GW26?
Love your content, Davina

Hi. Amazing! Happy to hear about the score and OR. 👍
The big question could be what to do with Mane. I might consider shifting him to KDB, but it’s up to you.
Not sure if that frees up enough funds to go from Vardy to Auba. That forward is something I’m considering for my own team this week, and I haven’t decided yet. At the moment, I’m leaning toward giving Vardy another chance as he was unlucky to miss the penalty GW23, then the first half knock GW24.
Another note is what I mentioned on the latest video, many of our players may have a blank GW28… Man City, Sheffield United, Aston Villa, and Arsenal as well. It’s not for a few Gameweeks, so it’s reasonable to try to maximize the points before then. If you haven’t already, check out @BenCrellin on Twitter for the blank and double gameweek information.
I’m still working out the best compromise, and at this moment, I’m leaning toward holding steady with a similar core of players that you have.
A decision on Mane could be the key because at his price, it ties up a ton funds that could be invested in other premium players.
Thanks!

Hi Bruno
l hope all is well and l am now back from India and was looking at a potential disaster!
Like a few people who had used my TC on Salah and brought in Mane l was holding my head in my hands having only scored 39pts until last nights game were he certainly got me out of jail with a goal, assist and 3 bonus points scoring 89pts for GW24 moving up 70k to 73k OR Phew!!
Below is my current team; FT0/ITB £6.6/WC
McCARTHY – (BUTTON)
TAA / RICO / LUNDSTRAM – (SOY / SIDIBE)
SALAH / KDB / GREALISH / TRAORE / NOBLE
VARDY / INGS – (AYEW)
With Mane’s injury l guessed that Klopp will not rush him back and he will miss GW25/26, so l made a call to bring in Traore, possibly not the best entry point against Man U, but he was outstanding against Liverpool who struggled to handle him.
l may well play my WC soon rather than previous seasons in playing it before the double game week. The difficulty is how the blank and doubles are navigated. Ideally, you use your Free Hit chip in the biggest blank week and save your Wildcard for 1-2 weeks before the biggest double to load up on double players before activating the Bench Boost chip. But having looked at this in more detail I think this looks less problematic than previous seasons………l think, undecided on this atm.
But l am looking at a -4pt hit for this week with £6.6 ITB burning a hole and wanting to keep those green arrows coming and feel l need to be more aggressive, so the options l am looking at are;
A) Vardy out > Aguero – This does worry me with his high ownership and Chelsea next, but gives me the option to bring in Jimenez (regretted selling him) for Ayew & Robinson for Sidbe over the next couple of weeks. Plus City in UCL in the next month and rotation risk.
B) Vardy out > Aubameyang – As mentioned above issues, but does give me quite a bit of flex to bring Jimenez, Robinson and up grade Button for the doubles.
C) Ayew out > Aubameyang – Arsenal’s form has improved since Arteta’s joined and they have a good run of fixtures and he should be rearing to go after his ban. This option only leaves £0.9ITB. So the option to triple up on Liverpool would be VVD and down grade Soy.
Ings may even make way?
l am unsure of which way to jump atm, but can see Aubameyang becoming a template player soon.
Noble at some stage to be Fleck/Hayden maybe.
Lundstram – he stays for now as l have a lot of cash tied up in him, but his minutes are being limited by Besic.
Also as a foot note – Man C / Arsenal / Sheffield / Villa blank in GW28
Watchlist: Pepe / Mahrez / Fleck / Ward-Prowse / Wood / Willian
As always l look forward to your comments / feedback.
All the best

Hi Malc,
That was a close one! It really wasn’t looking good at all for most Liverpool assets until the second game. Glad to hear it worked out. 👍
Perfect transfer, Wolves tend to raise their game against the bigger clubs.
A) Also considering this, but I’m leaning toward giving Vardy another chance. The Champions League and rotation is only going to get worse for those teams and players involved.
B) Similar to Aguero. Another issue is the upcoming blanks possibly GW28. Manchester and Arsenal could have a blank according to @BenCrellin on Twitter. That’s still 3 games away, so there is time to focus on points in the short-term.
c) Good option as well. Well-rounded team.
Ings not completely safe. I currently have him benched GW25 which would be his second game in a row benched for my team. His fixtures will improve soon, so I intend on holding for now in case he raises his level again.
Agree with Lundstram and I’m writing my thoughts as I read down your comment, so I just saw that you also know about the blanks GW28!
Wood and JWP also on my Watchlist. 👍
Those are the thoughts. New GW25 video here: https://youtu.be/3tlx8QgvG1o
