I’m considering saving my FT so that I have 2 FT’s going into the International Break. In the short-medium term I have Tomori, Otamendi & Mount on my Watchlist. I’ve selected the wrong captain between Salah & Sterling 7 times in a row since GW1. Due to his consistency, I’m considering putting the armband on De Bruyne and just leaving it there.
1. What are your thoughts on my team? Is there anyone – other than the guys on my watchlist – who I should be looking to add? Which would you suggest I prioritize?
2. What are your thoughts on Captain selection moving forward?

Hi Grant. No problem. Decent OR at this stage. 👍 Considering the same myself, holding the transfer to have 2FTs over the IB.
1. Now we know KDB could be injured. Need an update, especially before deciding on captaincy. Vardy and Pereira (maybe not with Soyuncu), possibly Maddison are other players worth considering in the near future if Leicester can keep up this form. Mount and Callum Wilson are other options.
2. Sterling is also in the mix if KDB is out.

Just noticed the post on premier league site that KDB maybe doubtful as he sustained a slight groin pull against Everton and will miss the game against Zagreb today.
l was possibly going to roll my x1FT this week, and give me 2FT for after the break to give me a little flex, but l am now thinking of the below as Digne will probably drop tonight.
1. Digne & Dendoncker > Rico & Yarmolenko -4pts
2. Dendoncker > Cantwell
Any thoughts, it’s only Tuesday maybe hold off?

Hi. Yes, it was another strange week where captaining the right player made a big difference.
Saw that with KDB. Leaning toward holding off a little longer as we still have Wednesday and Thursday to keep an eye on for injuries in Europe.
If forced to choose, maybe Option 1 as you already have Pukki.

Hi. Know what you mean with KDB. Team is close with minor tweaks.
Potential replacements are Mount in midfield. Otamendi is a tricky one, I didn’t like how they played defensively last week vs. Everton. Up to you though as my tips are a little off at this very moment. Wan-Bissaka plays Newcastle who didn’t look anywhere near scoring with 10 or 11 players, but watch them raise their game vs. United!
I might aim for Mount, but wait until we have more official news on KDB before proceeding. For example, you might be able to use one transfer only, then still keep 2FTs for the international break.

on to this week i have a suspension ( aurier) and injury with kdb and Dluis who seems to not be getting any game time anymore. i wanted to bank a transfer this week but looks like thats out of the question , what you suggest i do with this weeks team.thinking maybe aurier to otamendi.

Ola. Couldn’t believe Aurier! I thought I saw him stomping with two feet on a Bayern player, what is he thinking? These small margins are making a big difference this season. Missing the days when we could count on the team core to deliver a strong baseline score every week. Players like Eriksen and Ozil. Not anymore!
Agree with you, thinking Aurier is the priority to give the defense a lift. Otamendi is one idea, possibly Tomori if it allows an improvement in the squad next week.
