Top European Domestic Leagues
March 2019 – Wanda Metropolitano, Spain. Atletico Madrid vs. Barcelona set a new world record attendance for women’s club soccer with 60,739 fans.
March 2019 – Allianz Stadium, Italy. Juventus vs. Fiorentina set a new women’s club soccer attendance record in Italy with 39,027 fans, smashing the previous record (14,000).
May 2019 – Wembley Stadium, England. The Women’s FA Cup final featured one of the largest women’s club-level attendances in Europe in the modern era with 43,264 fans. Record set in 2018 (45,423).
April 2019 – Parc Olympique Lyonnais, France. Lyon vs. PSG set a new record for a French women’s club match with 25,907 spectators.
⚽️ The outright record for a women’s game is 90,185 at the 1999 World Cup Final between USA and China at the Rose Bowl in California.
